Stormy Horizons – (Chapter: Seeing is More Than Believeing)
Ch. 4- Seeing is more than believing
The car ride was slow and boring. The music was the only thing that broke the thick silence. My brother and I were both thinking the same thing: Meeting girls. His goal was somewhat more shallow than my own. I wanted to meet this girl from my dreams, who apparently went to the same school as me. As the car pulled up to the school, crushing the gravel beneath it, we stepped out and stood in awe at the large structure before us. The school was massive! Beyond the parking lot there were stairs leading up to rows of pillars. There where 6 pillars, two wide and three deep. The pillars held up an overhanging ceiling. After the that was the entryway leading to our jail that would hold us for the next two to three years. How would we find our classes in this immense building?
My brother and I walked up to the building not knowing where to go. My brother, being a guy, decided we should ‘ask’ a girl for directions. Ask meaning flirt with them. He quickly walked over to a pair of people standing in front of the building. “Hey,” he began by saying to the pair. I couldn’t get a good look at them because my brother was in front of me. “Do either of you know where we can find the office?”
“Ugh sure,” a guy’s voice responded, “go through the entrance and there should be a hall immediately to your right. Walk down that hall and it will be the third door on your right side.”
My brother decided he was interested in more than just directions and began to talk to the girl in front of us. “Hi,” he said to the girl, “my name is Glen. Glen Carlin, and this is my sister, Spencer.” He moved to allow us to see each other, I wouldn’t have even looked up from the ground but I saw a violent movement in front of me. Wanting to see what happened I looked up, seeing A beautiful brunette. It was her! The one from my dreams! As I saw her fall to the ground in a faint, I followed suit and did the same.

I think it’s sexy that you’re threatening to kill off Spencer if you don’t have 3 new reader’s comments. I thought about signing up under a different name just to make a comment and save Spencer, but what the hell… I’ll take my chances. **wink…wink** You made me laugh and that’s a good thing. PMS

I really like the whole dream storyline. It’s unique. And I loved how Aiden and Glen were arguing over whose fault it was the girls fainted. You’ve got quite the imagination, and the talent to write it out. PMS. Oh, and don’t kill Spencer either haha.
