Welcome To Wilsons – (Chapter: 2)
"It’s been two weeks… two whole fucking weeks… Susana.. I’m not going to go after her or anything. I just wanna know what happened."
"Spencer.. you know that information is classified." The short, petite nurse replies.
"So what? Its just a rule." I reply and step a little closer.
"A rule I can’t break." Her body tenses up with each step I take.
Grinning, I get up close to her face and whisper in her ear, "Oh.. dont try and tell me you haven’t broken any rules before."
Chills shoot through her spine and her breathing picks up as I put my hands on her waist.
"Come on Suezs. Just let me know if she made it or not."
My hand threatens the edge of her shirt and begins to trickle its way up.
"Okay. OKAY. She made it. But barely. Shes in isolation. She’s getting out tomorrow."
I smile and back away.
"See babe. That wasn’t that hard now was it?" I turn away and walk towards the living area, lighting a cigarette and plopping on the couch. Jeopardy is on. Must be 7.
Aiden comes up and sits on the couch next to me. "Hi." he whispers.
"Hey aid. Whats goin on."
He chuckles quietly.
"What do you think is goin on?"
We both pause to think and say similtaneously,
"Absolutely nothing."
Aiden lays his head on on my lap and I begin to stroke his hair with one hand, holding my cig with the other.
Everyone in this place has some form of story. Every mute, every junkie, every wacko without a cause. They all have something tweeked about them. Well I mean, obviously if they are in here.. but really. Its interesting to just know. On the outside people are pointless. They have no meaning and represent nothing but dying youth. In here you have the purest of emotions. Love and hate and fear and youth. Everything is so amplified.
Aiden has a split personality. One minute he is this loving, caring, child like boy… and then next he is person so filled with rage that he pounds everyone around him into the ground. He lived on the street ever since he was about 6. His mom had split personality and abandoned him. Infact, she just forgot about him. He lived by either begging politely, or stealing and robbing. As he grew older, he would jump people… but then call the ambulance for them and leave a "Thank you for the money" note in their jacket.
