It was Lara and Maria’s last day. Alice has been trying real hard to avoid contact with Dana’s ex, not that she’s doubting Dana or doesn’t like Lara it’s just that so she doesn’t look jealous around them. She has always been jealous when she sees Dana and Lara together. She slept at Shane’s last night and is just coming home. She checked her cell if she got any messages from Dana, none but there were 12 missed calls. There were seven from Dana and five from an unknown number. She didn’t recognise the number and was wondering who it was but I just ignored it and opened the door. She went inside and went to her bedroom and found a sleeping Dana. She felt guilty for just leaving her with Lara last night when they went to one of Carmen’s club. They’re going to one today for Lara and Maria’s last day.
Alice sat at the side of the bed and looked at Dana. She stroked Dana’s hair so she could see her face, she leaned in and kissed Dana’s cheek. Dana’s arms suddenly wrapped around Alice’s body.

Dana: (sleepily) I missed you last night. Where were you?

Alice: (didn’t know what to say) Sorry.

Dana: (still hugging Alice) I’ve been trying to call you, you weren’t answering.

Alice: I was probably asleep, I was at Shane’s…stayed there the night. Sorry I didn’t call.

Dana: You better stay with me tonight okay.

Alice: You or you and Lara. (the words just slipped out of her mouth)..*****..(Alice thought to herself)

Dana: (letting go and looking at Alice) What?

Alice: (sounding innocent) What??

Dana: (curious) No, Alice what did you say?

Alice: I said yes.

Dana: No you didn’t, you said me and Lara.

Alice: (standing up) Well, why’d you ask.

Dana: What’s that suppose to mean?

Alice: It was nothing, don’t worry.

Dana: (hopping out of bed) Is this about me being around Lara again?

Alice: What?! No!…I’m hungry. Wanna get breakfast?

Dana walked in front of Alice and held on to her arms.

Dana: Your thinking that something’s gonna happen.

Alice: (trying to get pass) Your crazy.

Dana smiled.

Alice: What?

Dana: (hugged Alice) Your so protective…and so..jealous.

Alice: Excuse me. I need to go eat.
