When life gives you lemons make lemonade. When life gives you apples make applesauce. But what happens when life gives you beats because I don’t even like those.

                                                                            – Nolan Gunner

Tina: I’m glad you finally figured it out B.

Then Tina fell back asleep as Bette smiled whispering back.

    Bette: Me too.

    TBC….

As the light shone brightly through the window, Bette squinted as it hit her eyes. She looked beside her to the clock that showed it was 9:23a.m.. She looked down to see Tina staring up at her.

    Bette: Morning.

    She smiled softly.

    Tina: Good morning.

Bette: I was hoping to ask you a few questions before we left to go pick up Angie.

Tina rested on her elbow and looked down at Bette.

    Tina: Ask away babe.

Bette: Is a month all you have here?

Tina: No, I have three years.

Bette: Then why only take a month?

Tina: Because my plan is, to come here every year, for one month out of the year until my three years is up.

Bette smiled but then it faltered.

Bette: You’ll be back 36 times. Every year for 36 years.

    Tina: Yup.

Bette: You’ll watch me get old.

    Tina knew how Bette thought.

Tina: I know I will. You’ll get more beautiful with each passing year.

Bette: On your last trip I’ll be 78.

    Tina nodded.

    Tina: I know.

Bette: When I die will I stay that age?

    Tina shook her head.

Tina: No you won’t. You’ll be whatever age you want. You just have to think about it.

Bette: Will I wear there, what I wear when I die?

Tina: No, again you have that choice to where what you want.

    Tina thought for a moment.

Tina: You don’t even have to wear anything if you want.

Bette looked at Tina and smirked.

Bette: You’d enjoy that wouldn’t you.

    Bette then thought again.

Bette: Baby, this is going to be a really stupid question, but do angels…. Ya know…
