    Author Notes:

    “Good morning,” Bette whispers.

    In the limo on the drive to Tina’s …..

     

    “So, are you a cuddler?” Bette asks Tina.

     

    “Yes.  You?”

     

    “Yeah.  Do you snore?”

     

    “I don’t think so.  Do you?”

     

    “Only sometimes, when I’m really exhausted,” Bette answers. 

     

    “Are you a morning person?” Tina asks Bette.

     

    “Mostly, especially after a cup of coffee.  Are you?”

     

    “Yes.”

     

    “I knew it.  Little Mary Sunshine huh?”

     

    “I guess you’ll find out in the morning.” 

     

    “Are you gonna have time to drop me at my place in the morning on your way to work?  If not I can get a cab.”

     

    “I’ll drop you off, don’t worry.”

     

    They arrive at Tina’s and exit the limo.  They walk into Tina’s apartment hand in hand.  Tina gets Bette her coast guard shorts and a t-shirt to sleep in.  She leaves Bette in the bedroom while she goes into the bathroom to change.

     

    They meet up again in the bedroom and climb into bed.  They snuggle up together and begin some slow kissing.  When they break, Tina begins conversation.  “Thank you for the best date I’ve ever had.”

     

    “You’re welcome.  After our last cheap dinner, I wanted to show you a perfect evening.”  Bette leans in and kisses her again.

     

    “Well you did.  It was a perfect evening.  And this is the perfect way to end the perfect evening,” Tina tells her as they kiss again.

     

    “We better get some sleep.  You’re the one who has to work tomorrow,” Bette tries to be a voice of reason.

     

    Tina rolls over and snuggles her back against Bette.  Bette spoons up with her and holds her tight to her body.

     

    “Good night baby,” Tina’s voice is beginning to sound sleepy.

     

    “Good night babe” Bette responds.

     

    A minute later, “This feels so good; I love it when you hold me.”  Tina’s voice is drifting further and further into sleep.

     

    “And I love that I get to hold you,” Bette answers, unsure of how much Tina can hear her.

     

    Two more minutes go by.  “I could fall in love with you.”  The words Tina said are barely audible, but Bette heard them loud and clear.

    2. Sorry that I fell behind. Can’t forget about Sam, we don’t want any accidents in the house. This is so cool and sweet. Being in the Coast Guard is one the hardest jobs around. Can’t wait for the next post.

    15. how sweet… but they are already in love with each other and they havent been completely intimate.. that’s cute….. I have a funny feeling their wkend together is not going to be spent just cuddling……….. nice romantic chapter…. It’s awesome to cuddle with the one you love………

When they went out for dinner, we knew that Bette wore the black . Mccartney suit and we know what that looks like but all we know about Tina is that she was wearng a ress and her hair was up and we don’t know what they ordered, can’t speak for anyone else but I would like to know a little bit of everything. Great story snd great chapter. Post when you can.
