    Tibette Story- Caution

    Tina was getting ready to walk by Bette but Bette grabbed Tina and held her in her arms. Tina surrendered.

     

    Bette: Listen babe, they will only be here for a short while. I promise.

     

    Tina silently shook her head in agreement and left out of the room to jump in the shower. Tina attempted to wash the events from this morning from her mind but something was off. She felt Bette was keeping something from her. She was sure of it. She needed to find out more about this family.

    Tina decided that she would get the information she sought from the family while Bette was away at work. She was already sure from observing the two women’s mannerisms that they were not Plutarians. She also knew that Reika and Robin seemed seriously frighten so she would need to trend lightly. She had thought about snopping around their room for clues but the women never left the ship.

     

    Tina was in the kitchen deep in thought when she heard someone say, “Penny for your thought.”

     

    “Oh what?… sorry,” Tina said looking up shyly and feeling as if she had been caught snopping.

     

    Robin grabbed an apple from the frig and bit down.

     

    “You seem deep in thought,” Robin said while chewing.

     

    “Well yeah…um I was just thinking about how I needed to go into town to get more disposable diapers for the babies and other things for the house. I guess you could say I was making a mental list,” Tina said quickly.

     

    “Hah,” Robin stated.

     

    Tina: Do you care to join me?

     

    “Um… no thank you, don’t care much for crowds,” Robin stated.

     

    Tina: Yeah I notice that you nor Reika ever leaves the ship. Are things really that bad? Hah…I mean.. I don’t mean to pry but I’m just curious I guess.

     

    Robin: It’s okay I understand your curiosity but I really think this is a conversation you should be having with Bette. I mean why didn’t she tell you about my family’s situation?

     

    Tina: I guess because it’s police business.

     

    Robin: Mm… Maybe but still if I were her wife I would like to know why she took in a family. You know?

    4. Great update. Gee, to be able to have that suckling function would just be awesome. Count my vote with everyone else, round two first, then talk, if they have the energy for it. At least Bette knows her wife very well and knew what she really wanted, the talk. Thanks for posting. PPS
