“A woman like Tina, she couldn’t blame Bette for wanting to put out that fire,” Sam thought with a smile.

She looked at Bette again seeing Bette’s glow.

“Must have been some fire,” Sam whispered.

    Bette: Did you say something?

Sam: No, Nothing. Prepare to beam.

    They both readied themselves.

    Sam: Energize

Bette and Sam found themselves in what appeared to be an office. They quickly looked around to make sure they were not in any danger. The office appeared to be empty. Bette looked around for any clues as to where they might find their next contact. She looked in the office drawers and found some papers on someone by the name of Cynthia Brooks.  Bette passed the papers on to Sam. Sam reviewed the papers and nodded her head. The two women didn’t speak. They found it necessary to be as quite as possible in case someone in the hallway became suspicious. As the two women were reviewing the papers they heard the bookshelf start to move. They both removed their tasers and got into the firing position.

Cynthia (whispering): Hello ladies, follow me.

The woman pointed to what looked like a secret passage way.

    Bette (whispering): Are you Jasper?

    Cynthia: Yes, please follow me.

The two women followed where the woman pointed. The bookshelf closed back behind them.

They walked down a hallway, entered a room, and then walked down a stairway.

Cynthia: I hope I didn’t keep you ladies waiting too long.

    Sam: We weren’t waiting long.

Cynthia: Good then. Let’s get right down to business. I here you’re looking for a woman by the name of Sepia.

Bette: Yes, can you help us find her?

Cynthia:  Yes, Sepia is currently at a military base but you can’t just go in demanding that she be released.

    Bette (looking perplex): Why not?

Cynthia: Because technically she interfered in government business which is against the Plutarian-United States treaty.

Sam: But they were about to kill Reika and her baby.

“It doesn’t matter the reason she violated the treaty and you Plutarians are lucky that the government doesn’t ban you out right,” Cynthia said in a huff.
