Spencer took one more look out onto the terrace just to make sure she wasn’t seeing things, but Ashley was in fact standing on her balcony just a few feet away. Cursing herself for leaving the door open, Spencer stood up and walked toward the brunette.
Spencer: This is embarrassing…
Ashley: More for me than you I.
Spencer: I was just…um…I dunno…
Ashley lit her cigarette and dropped her sunglasses over her eyes.
Ashley: You just wanted to see the circus freak for yourself.
Spencer rushed to the railing.
Spencer: No, no it’s not like that.
Ashley: I really thought you would be different…
Spencer: I am Ashley.
Ashley: Doubt that.
Ashley flicked her barley-smoked cigarette onto the ground and spun on her heels.
Spencer: Wait!
Ashley kept walking.
Spencer: Let me at least explain…
Before she could finish her sentence Ashley was back inside.
Spencer: Shit! Shit! Shit!
The blonde paced around her room for at least 5 minutes before realizing what she had to do. Throwing open her bedroom door she ran down the steps almost knocking Glen down on her way.
Glen: Watch out!
Spencer stopped to steady her brother.
Spencer: Sorry, I just..umm..
Glen: Where the hell are you headed in such a hurry?
Spencer: I have to see Ashley.
Glen smirked.
Glen: You and me both.
Spencer punched her brother in the shoulder.
Spencer: Give it a rest. She doesn’t want you.
Glen: Doesn’t mean I can’t still look.
Spencer: Jesus Glen, get out of my way!!
Her brother finally moved off of the bottom step and watched as she literally flew out the door.
Spinning around Glen came face to face with Chelsea.
Chelsea: Where is she going?
Glen shrugged his shoulders.
Glen: Ashley’s.
Chelsea smiled broadly.
Chelsea: Good. Good for her.
Glen: Good for her?
Chelsea shook her head and moved past Glen.
Chelsea: Yup! Good for her.
Glen shook his head and began climbing the steps.
Glen: I hate women.
Spencer stood outside of Ashley’s door for what seemed like an eternity. What would she tell Ashley about the dvd? Would Ashley even want to hear what she had to say? Would the brunette even let her in? Spencer hesitated for a second and then began to turn away. She heard the sound of a car engine shutting off and looked to her left.

okay the ending was cute. I didnt think Ashley was going to say that. I wounder what Spencer will say. Can’t wait to find out.
Ok this is my first time leaving a comment on this story, but just to let you know I read it religiously. Your an awesome writer and always look foward to another update from you. But this is torture!!! I know it adds to the drama to wait for another update but that is just plain mean =( j/k Great job on this story and PMS!!!!

Take advantage of her in seedy NY bars? Is that an invitation? And if it is… do you promise? Loved the update. I really like this version of Ashley – She’s still Ashley, but a little more the wiser about who she is nd it doesn’t seem like she would be the type, like she is in the show, to go back and forth between Spencer and Aiden. But speaking of going back and forth on something……. looks like maybe Spencer isn’t so sure of herself (you totally thought I was going to be dirty with that whole back and forth line). We’ve seen a lot of jealous spencer, will we be seeing some jealous Ashley when Danny is around?
