Ashley came out of her history final with a smile on her face she knew that there was no way has failed and it was thanks to her best friend Spencer Carlin.  Ashley and Spencer had been friends since Spencer and her family had move to LA from Ohio when they were five and since the first day that they meet they were inseparable.  They went through everything together and they knew all of each other, well Ashley did Spencer’s.  See Ashley had a secret a secret that only her sister and Spencer’s brother Glen Knew it was not the fact that she was gay no, Spencer was the first person to know that, the secret that she could never tell Spencer was that she in love with her.  Ashley knew that she and Spencer would never be together, Spencer had a boyfriend although it killed seeing Spencer and Adien together she tried to be happy for Spencer.  Her motto was that if you really love someone and their happy even of it’s not with then you should support them no matter what.  Ashley went to her locker to get her to study for the last exam she had for the day and she close her locker she was startled to she Spencer standing there.  Spencer laughed when Ashley jumped.

Spencer: “I didn’t mean to scare you Ash”, she said still laughing.

Ashley: “You didn’t scare me I didn’t expect to see you there.” She said as they started walking to quad for lunch.  As they sat down Spencer asked Ashley other question.

Spencer: “So what are you doing after school?”

Ashley: “IDK probably go home and study for my English final tomorrow why what do you wanna do”

Spencer: “I was thinking we could mall go prom dress shopping” , Spencer said squealing  Their Junior prom was less that a week away and Spencer knew that Ashley did not want to go.

Ashley: “Come on Spence”, Ashley said groaning, “you know I’m not going to prom”

Spencer: “Why not Ash”

Ashley: “Maybe because I don’t have a date and there is no way in hell that I’m going to prom alone”
