    Ashley tries to explain herself to Spencer and a truth is revealed.

    I’ve been standing outside of Spencer’s room for 20 minutes now and I still can’t even bear the courage to knock on her door, so I leaned against the door, sank to the ground, and started to cry. I opened my eyes, for what seemed like an eternity later, in hopes that everything that had just happened was a bad dream, but I came to a sad realization that I was in the same position I was 2 hours ago… alone.

    All of a sudden, the door I was leaning against opened and I fell backwards. To my surprise, above me weren’t the crystal blue eyes I was use to seeing, but instead I gazed into a pair of puffy bloodshot eyes. Spencer had obviously been crying. Seeing her in pain caused my heart to sink and even though I thought I had already cried myself dry, out came more tears streaming down my face.

    Ashley: Spencer I’m so sorry, you have to believe me.

    I said through sobs.

    Spencer: Ashley we’re done here. I have nothing more to say to you.

    Spencer couldn’t even look at me. She just continued to stare straight ahead.

    Ashley: Look your just mad okay? I know we can work things out.

    Spencer: There’s nothing to work out and we were never friends. I knew you for 2 whole days! And even those 2 days were a lie! I was just a chore to you Ashley. You were just babysitting for Kristen.

    Ashley: No Spencer! It’s nothing like that! I only went along with it to get closer to you! I may have only known you for 2 whole days, but I’ve already developed feelings for you that I’ve never felt for people that I dated for months. I know you have to feel it too!

    Spencer: Go home Ashley.

    She said, all the emotion drained from her voice. She didn’t deny she has feelings for me though. That’s good right?

    Ashley: I don’t want to leave knowing that I have a shot with you!

    Spencer: The only shot you got was in laser tag and even that was a cheap one.  Please just leave.

    I got up to talk to her face to face, but as soon as I was out of the door path she slammed the door in my face.

    1. never under estimate how much your best friend knows! they always know more than you think they do. so this should be interesting… ash and spence as roomies… considering spence doesn’t even want to talk to ash. can’t wait to see how it all plays out. great update, pms
