"No… I’m affraid of heights Ash." She said with her eye still tightly closed. Poor girl. I had no idea, why didn’t she tell me, and I just had to take her on the biggest ride here, way to score davies.

     "Oh Spencer… Hey look at me." I brought her chin up and her eyes met mine. The way she looked so scared made me want to protect her the best way I could right now.

     "Don’t look anywhere else, just look at me. We’re going to be up here for a while so, just talk with me okay, don’t look away." I told her taking her hands in mine.

     "Okay." She said simply.

     "Alright, so tell me something I don’t know about you." I asked as our eyes were still locked. I didn’t notice how deep her breathing was so I started to rub her hands.

     "I can’t, it’s a secret." She said smiling.

     "Alright, fair enough." I chuckled. "How about… what do you wanna do when you get out of high school." I told her. Her hands were becoming more relaxed in mine as she kept her gaze.

     "Um, well I think I want to be a journalist." She said.

     "Oh so you like to write, see I didn’t know that about you, you could have just said that." I told her smiling.

     "Well I wasn’t thinking about that." She giggling a little. I was about to say something till the wheel jerked a bit and Spencer gripped my hands tightly.

     "Hey, it’s okay, I think we’re going down now." I told her rubbing my thumb over her hand. The wheel started to move and we slowly started reaching the gorund. I gave Spencer a warm smile and she gave me one right back. I watched her as she started to lean in slowly. My heart began to race in a matter of seconds, thinking she was going to kiss me. She moved past my lips and placed a small soft peck on my cheek.

     "Thank you." She said softly.

     "No problem." I said smiling at her. Once we reached the bottom we walked off and decided to call it a night. Heading to my car I noticed it was me this time who couldn’t stop glancing at her, and when she caught me she just smiled big and looked away. I swear that smile might kill me one day.

     "Fine, I’ll admit it, I had a blast with you tonight." I said leaning against my car door.

     "I knew you would." She said smiling.

     "Yeah… hey sorry about taking you on the ferris wheel, I didn’t know you were affraid of heights." I told her.

     "It’s okay, it’s not your fault, I’m just a big baby when it come to being more then 4 feet off the ground." She said and I giggled.

     "Well I thought it was cute." I told her. "Maybe I should take you to the worlds largest one, I heard it’s about 541 feet off the ground." I said smirking at her. Her eyes grew wide and she looked as if she would die.

     "Kidding, Spence I’m kidding." I giggled and she hit me in the arm.

     "So not funny." She said giggling herself. I just smiled.

     "Well, I guess I better get going, don’t want to worry my mom too much." I nodded at her and she smiled at me. Next thing I knew she took a few steps closer and wrapped her arms around my neck. I took a deep breath in trying to clam my nerves.

     "Thanks for coming with me tonight Ash." She whispered softly. The warmth from her body agaisnt mine started to calm me down so I gave in and brought my arms around her waist, pulling her closer to me.

     "Your welcome Spence." I said as we pulled away.

     "Call me later?" She asked while backing towards her car. I nodded and saw her smile before she got in her car. She drove past me and beeped her horn causing me to smile and shake my head as I watched her disappear around the corner.

     I sighed leaning my head back and closing my eyes. It was at this moment when I knew I wanted to be all hers, and I wanted her to want me just as much.
