    Love is crazy pretty baby take it real slow, my feelings show.

    Spencer walked silently across the quiet living room towards Aiden’s room. The moment she’d woken up and found that Ashley was gone, she’d had a bad feeling. She paused at his door for a moment and she raised her hand to knock. The last thing she wanted to do was walk in on Aiden and Kyla having sex or worse. Hesitating at the last moment, Spencer put her ear to the door. She could hear the quiet murmurings of sleep, and it didn’t sound like there was any lovemaking going on. The blonde pushed her tapered bangs out of her blue eyes and knocked loudly on the door. Aiden answered a moment later, his eyes heavy with sleep and his hair sticking out all over the place.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “Spencer? What’s wrong?” He asked running a hand through his unruly hair and rubbing his nose vigorously.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “Nothing, I just I don’t know where Ashley is,” she said biting her right thumb nail nervously. Aiden opened his eyes wide and shut them a few times in a futile effort to wake himself.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “She and Kyla went somewhere; they said they would be back before it was time to get ready for the wedding, what time is it?” He asked with a large yawn.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “Only 8. You can go back to bed if you want, thanks Aiden,” Spencer wandered back into the living room and dropped onto the navy blue leather couch like a sack of potatoes. She curled up on one of the couch pillows and pulled a throw up around her shoulders. Memories of the night before flashed before her eyes and she couldn’t help but smile. Ashley dancing on the bed in her underwear or Ashley brushing the hair off of her cheek, all the things that girl did were cute. Before she knew it, Spencer had drifted off into a dreamless relaxing sleep.
