    Young hearts be free tonight.

    The rock star looked back at her phone and began texting her sister. “I don’t know Spence. She did forbid Ky from seeing or talking to me.” She sent the short message and then threw her phone aside. “What could she possibly want from a person like me?”

    Spencer reached out and began running her fingers through her lover’s long bangs. “Person? Ashley you’re her daughter. Not some random person.”

    The rock star sat up and crossed her legs, facing Spencer, she took her hand and intertwined their fingers. “I’ll think about calling her.” She stroked the back of her lover’s hand enjoying the softness of her skin. They stayed quiet for a moment gazing into one another’s eyes, Ashley reminded of how much she loved the blonde and Spencer reminded of how much Ashley loved her. It was all right there pooling in dark brown eyes. “I woke up a little disappointed this morning.”

    Ashley tilted her head a bit. “Why?” She asked curiously. Spencer fell back on the bed with her legs dangling off the edge. Her gray eyes looked up into brown. “I had a wonderful dream and you weren’t there to hear it.” Her voice was quiet and playful; Ashley couldn’t keep her eyes off Spencer’s lips. The urge to move down and taste them was overwhelming. “So tell me now.” Spencer thought a moment before speaking collecting her memories from the dream. “You and I were on the beach and there was this terrible storm approaching. You didn’t seem fazed by it but I was freaking out.” The blonde had gotten up yelling at the rock star to do the same. Ashley was lying on her back on the sand watching the sky peacefully. “You finally did move but didn’t get up. Instead you sat up and invited me to sit between your legs.” She did so but very hesitantly. Only the confident strong look on Ashley’s face kept her feet moving. “So I did and you wrapped your arms around me from behind and whispered near my ear to watch, that nothing was going to happen to us. And you were right. The storm passed and left behind this breathtaking rainbow. They say you don’t feel anything when you sleep,” Sensually moving forward, Ashley covered her girlfriend’s body, smiling as Spencer ran her hands up and down her body.“But being there with you felt amazing.” The rock star dipped her head, her lips caressing her ear as she spoke. “Let me intensify the feeling…” Closing her eyes, Spencer buried her hands in auburn hair as Ashley rubbed her thigh between her legs.

    2. Wow! How I have truly missed this. Such an amazing update. I can’t say enough. Love this part of their journey together. I’m glad that Ashley is getting to see that she can be a great person without the drugs. Can’t wait for more. Great writing. Very inspiring.

    5. ashley’s getting along with spencer’s family even if paula and arthur get suspicious every once in a while. i’m glad spence had ashley talk to denny maybe he won’t do any more pot and the scene where he’d said i really think she’d let you do her was hilarous my favorite scene. ash really needs to call brenda and talk to kyla not just text pms

    6. i was late to school cause i started reading at 6:00 am and stilll havnt touched my homework. but luckly getting home to read this motivated me to finish my 5 mile run for track faster

    11. This is such a sweet chapter, thanks for making so long. lol, i love the long chapters. I’m really glad Ashley is deciding to change. These two are so amazing. There’s just a ton of things I’m liking about the story. I love how Paula and Arthur actually like Ashley in this fic. Go figure. Anyway I can’t wait for the next update, i’ll be patient but it won’t be easy. XD

    12. First the smoke blowing: You are an amazing author! I wish you could just knock these posts out every week but I know good things take time and so alas I must wait, thank you though for sharing your talent.Ok, soo interesting, I get the impression that Paula is either A)passive aggressive or B) just really cool with the fact that Ashley and Spencer are seemingly together… Arthur on the other hand seems a little less like he’d be into their relationship…Time will tell I suppose.I love Denny! He’s like a male Ashley…a little more immature but I like him!Also, interesting form of therapy for Ashley…meeting a well adjusted family seems to have helped put a few things into perspective for her. Maybe she needs to stay out of LA, environment is apparently everything…or maybe what Ashley needs to do is turn her actually family into a better one. Hopefully she reconnects with Kyla and her mother, they seem to hold a meaningful soft spot in her heart.PMS PMS PMS

    13. I cannot even tell you how much I loved this update. I took time to read it (3 or 4 days) because I knew it’s gonna take a while for the next update to be posted, so I wanted to savor reading it. I love what you created between Ashley and Spencer…it’s almost something magical. Everytime I read this story I forget everything around me, no lie. (The prologue still worries me, though). I hope Ashley will manage to stay away from the drugs..she’s much better of without them. It probably is gonna take a while, but I hope you’ll update soon-ish. I’m addicted to this story. :P I really am.

    14. I swear i can never get enough of this story… im waiting for something bad to happen though, things are a little too perfect for the girls… o and i cant wait for Spence and Denny to come out to each other
