I Didn’t Fall For You…Somebody Tripped Me! – (Chapter: Ch. 1 How it all began)

Everyone knows that Ashley Davies and Spencer Carlin are worst enemies. Nobody has ever came out and said it in those exact words, it’s just one of those things that you just know, and you don’t ask why or how. But for those brave people that do question it, I’l tell you that it all goes back to the first day of kindergarten…

"WHAT THE HECK?!?" Yelled a five-year-old Ashley, as a blonde-haired bue-eyed girl knocked over her block tower.

"That block tower was ugly anyway" The blonde said triumphantly

"It was NOT, I worked hard on dat!!" Ashley yelled

    "booger-eater!" Spencer yelled

    "Skunk breath!"

    "BUTTHEAD!"

"BOY KISSIN’ COOTIE QUEEN!" Ashley yelled. Gasps were heard from all around the classroom. Every kindergartener knows that cooties are nothing to joke about. Ashley was relishing in her victory when the teacher cam over to seperate them.

"Ashley, Spencer, what’s wrong over here?"

"ISN’T SPENCER A BOY’S NAME?" Ashley yelled blunty.

    "Grrrrr…" Spencer mumbled to herself….

Today, being their first day of High School, marks their 10 year anniversary of hating each other.

RRRRIIIIINNNNGGGG!!! As the bell rings, saying that school is over, all the girls of Prescott Academy file out of their classrooms and into the halls. As Ashley is walking she’s not looking where she’s going and she ran into someone

"OOMPH!" Ashley said as the other girl dropped her books "Oh, I’m so sor-"Ashley was cut off as she looked up and saw who it was "Oh, it’s you."

"Watch where you’re going, Davies!” snapped an angry Spencer.

"Well maybe I could if your fat ass wouldn’t take up the whole hallway, Carlin"

"Uh, my ass is not fat, so you must’ve been staring." said Spencer as she walked away flipping Ashley the bird.

"God, I hate her.." Ashley mumbled to herself.

"Do you two STILL hate each other?" asked Ashley’s best friend, Alexis, as she came out of nowhere. Alexis had been Ashley’s best friend since kindergarten. They met in time-out. Alexis was in for biting, and Ashley was in for, what else, fighting with Spencer again. the two played together when they got out and they’ve been inseperable ever since.

"How long’s it been? TEN YEARS?"

"Ten years today, Lex. She just makes me so angry! The way she walks around like she’s Little Miss Perfect. UGH!" Ashley said as she imitated Spencer.

"Ten years is a long time to be in a fight with someone, Ash. Have you ever tried to get along with her?"

"No, and I’m not going to attempt to."

"You never know, someday you two could be best friends. Maybe more." Alexis said with a wink.

"EW! Uh, no! Just because I’m gay, doesn’t mean I’m desperate. And she’s only gay because I am. She’s a copycat."

"Okay, so you’re trying to tell me that she copied off of your sexual orientation?"

    "Precisely."

"You are too much. Speaking of being gay, have you heard about the school play this year. A modern Romeo and Juliet with a homosexual twist."

"Yeah, I think I might try out for lead, you know it looks good on college applications."

"Ashley Davies is trying out for the school play?!?" Alexis said pinching herself

    "What are you doing, Lex?"

"I’m trying to see of I’m dreaming!"
