"OVER here " I yelled. pointing to Ashley, who had started breathing again.

"Aiden"Spencer said" I am going in the ambulance, are you coming?"

" Um…no, i will meet you there i want to talk to your brother, besides how will we get home" I responded.

" OK" she responded and broke into tears, I hugged her.

" Spence, go with them they are leaving" I whispered into her ear. She, followed the EMTs out.

"Aiden" Clay began " What happened here"

"You remember when Ashley ‘slept’ with my cousin?" I knew he did, I also knew he knew that Spencer and Ashley were trying to work things out, but he didn’t know the true story, of what really happened. I took his nod as a sign to finish what I was saying. " well, she didn’t want it. None of the times it happened. He raped her. And since she told, or for whatever reason he came to kill Ashley, and almost did. Thank god, your sister  forgot her bag and wouldn’t shut up till I turned around to go back and get it, We came in and found this" I said pointing to the rest of the room, that lay in front of us.

" Are you sure it was……." he began

"Dave. Yea it was him, I found his wallet on the floor. There Is no ID in it. But I know it is his" I began " the red X on the bottom, I was there when he put it on with a red paint marker. Clay, you have to catch and kill that Son Of A Bitch"

"I will try my best" was all he said. And I knew he meant it, for the sake of his sister. And after all he  had become friends with Ashley, one of two Carlins that never rejected her.

" Thanks Clay, here is a key lock up when you guys are done, I am gonna go to the hospital to meet Spencer and see how Ashley is Doing." that’s all i could say , before tears began to form In my eyes.

"Ashley Davies’s room please" I asked the Nurse at the front desk.

"She is in room 282" she responded " In the ICU"

" Thanks" i said.

When I got there I saw Spencer, Looking through the glass window, staring at Ashley. " Someone should tell her family" I said to her.

" I’ll go." She responded" I will drive over to her Father’s house and tell him, he liked me better than you"

" You can say that again" I said which was true he never did like me.
