    Annabelle and Simone flee from the dance.

    Annabelle performs her song. Simone, confused by what Annabelle makes her feel, takes off.

     

    [outside]

    As she is standing outside, Annabelle appears. Annabelle takes Simone’s hands in hers.

    A: “I love you.”

    S: “I love you too. And it hurts that I have to pretend I don’t.”

    Annabelle and Simone share a quick kiss.

    S: “I have an idea. Get in the car.”

     

    [car]

    A: “Where are you taking me?”

    S: “I’m taking you to where I took you during spring break.”

    They smile at each other. Annabelle let’s her hand slide on Simone’s knee.
