    Rating says it all!!! Well, most of it…LOL

    “So how did it go with Ashley?” Madison asks me cheerfully as we look over patient charts at the nurse’s station

    “It went great. They’re going to sign her. In fact she’s over at the records office signing her contract.” I say proudly

    “Wow so she’s really on her way, huh?” Madison says in disbelief

    “Yep. Before I know it I’m going to have my very own little rock star.” I giggle

    “Wow.” Madison repeats in disbelief

    “Yeah, wow.” I chuckle at her reaction

    “How are you guys going to cope?” Madison asks thoughtfully

    “We’ll manage somehow. It’s going to be hard. Very hard but we’ll work it out.” I say as I start scanning my patients chart

    “But aren’t you worried? You know she’s going to be away a lot. Aren’t you worried about all the groupies she going to get? Both male and female. I mean Ash is very good looking.” Madison says

    “No, Ashley is gorgeous and no I’m not worried. She loves me. She’s my wifey and I know she would never do anything like that. Ash would never cheat on me.” I say firmly

    “But…” Madison begins but I cut her off

    “No buts. We’re going to be fine. We’re going to be happy.” I say forcefully. I love Maddy but sometimes she can annoy the hell out of me.

    “Okay, okay.” Madison says as she finally turns her attention back to the patient charts.

    “I got Mr. Anderson in exam 3 and you get the 4 year old in exam 5.” I say as I begin to walk to the exam room 3 but I stop dead in my tracks when I hear Madison says something I hoped to never hear again.

    “Allison says hi.” Madison blurts out

    Allison. I can’t believe this. It’s been two blissful years without hearing that name. Without even thinking about her. Without worrying about her. Damn.

    I walk back to Madison and say angrily, “I can’t tell you who to be friends. If you want to have her in you life then go right ahead but don’t try to bring her back into mine. I don’t ever want to hear about her or have any communication with her even if it’s through you. So if you want to continue to be my friend you will keep us very separate. You will not tell her about my life and I will never ask you about hers. Got it?”

And the story, so great. I know that must be so hard for Spencer losing someone especially when they are that young. I was worried about that girl’s parents and what they might do to Spencer in that waiting room. Whew. And what the hell is up with Madison still talking to Allison and then having the nerve to bring her up. Was she not around back when? Hello, Madison? Allison had planned to shoot someone. Ring-a-ling. Is the bell going off, Madison? *sighs* I guess not, but I am glad that Spencer put her in her place. Okay, I’ve officially written too much. I love when you surprise me. Muah. I know usually I’m more discreet but I don’t care today. I love you baby! Great update. Can’t wait for more.
