    Hi Mom!

     

    We got out of the taxi and the driver got our bags out of the trunk. I paid him what I owned him and then I turned back to look at the house. It looked a little bit different. But that was because everything was new.

     

    “Holy shit Ash. This place looks amazing now.”

     

    “I was just thinking the same thing.”

     

    “I wonder if they did an even better job on the inside.”

     

    “You had them do the inside too?” Spencer finally turned to look at me.

     

    “Just the bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining room. Nothing huge.” I just kept staring up at the house, “Oh and Glen’s old room and my room is now sound studio central.”

     

    “Oh my god. I didn’t realize you were going so gung-ho with this.”

     

    “Trust me, after many years of just having simple bill to pay and making millions of dollars a year…it was nice to see some money go.”

     

    “Well, are you ready to go inside?” Spencer picked up her bags.

     

    I did the same, “Yep, let’s go check out our house.”

     

    Every time I said “Our” Spencer seemed to radiate happy, “It’s kind of…neat knowing that it’s ours.”

     

    “Spencer, the fact that you just said the word ‘neat’ scares me.”

     

    “I’m sorry. I just…I feel like a little kid with a new toy.”

     

    I slid the key into the lock and turned it. All that was left to do was turn the knob. I let Spencer do the honors. As soon as the door opened it smelled just like it always had. Just the Carlin family signature scent. Spence stepped in and I followed suit. I reached over and flipped on the lights. Nothing looked different yet so I took that as a good sign. We walked through the house and flipped on the lights. The first place Spencer went was the kitchen. It was completely redone. New stove, microwave, counter top, fridge, all of it was new. Spencer was in awe.

     

    “Ashley, you have to come look at the kitchen! It’s absolutely beautiful!”

     

    I walked back from the living room and wrapped my arms around her, “Whoa, face lift.”

I am also glad that Spencer didn’t freak OUT when Ashley told her that Kelly kissed her, THANK GOD!!!! I am just wondering what ASHLEY has to do that “would be the most uncomfortable”, HMMMM…………… I hope that it will be FUNNY!!!! PMS and DON’T FORGET TO WATCH S.O.N. Tomarrow for the BIGGEST THING TO HAPPEN ON SON!!!!! YEAH!!!!
