“Nope, that was a country song. But I did it my way.”
“My little rebel.” She gave me a peck on the cheek.
“So…everything go okay with your mom?” I got up and walked Arthur’s guitar back over to the stand in the corner.
“Basically, turns out that Shelby called her. She told her that she thought something was wrong with me. And then…when Shelby told her that you were here and that half the house was yours, she kinda…”
“Flipped?”
Spencer nodded with a small smirk, “Pretty much.”
“It’s nice to know that even though she’s gotten older her hatred of me hasn’t lessened any.”
“I know.” Spencer came up to me and took both of my hands in her own, “I figured that after so long she would get over it. But she hasn’t. What I still don’t get is that she hates you but she practically loves Shelby.”
“That’s because there’s this rule with parents. They have to hate who you love just a little bit. But it turns out that mine’s a lot.”
“I’m sorry.”
“Spence, don’t be. You couldn’t change her mind in high school, I don’t think you’re going to change her mind ten years later.”
“I know it’s just…I wish I could fix it.”
“Ehh…don’t bother. I’m kinda looking forward to it.”
“Why?”
I started smiling, “Because this time if she catches us in a compromising situation I can grab her by her hair and throw her out.”
Spencer just smiled, “Always ruining the mood aren’t you?”
“Some of them.” I pulled her closer and engaged in a lust-filled kiss.
Spencer pulled back, “So…what are we doing today?”
“Honestly I don’t know. I’m out of ideas.”
“I have one.”
“And what would that be?”
“Why don’t I take you to Grey later on tonight?”
“Okay, that concludes our plans for tonight. But since it’s getting close to eight in the morning what do you want to do?”
“I have another idea.”
I lifted my eyebrow, awaiting a response, “Mmk.”
“The kitchen is practically empty. So I figure that we can go buy some stuff.”

“Because this time if she catches us in a compromising situation I can grab her by her hair and throw her out.” LOL! that episode was amazing but when paula grabbed ashley by the hair I shouted real loud:oh hell no!!! man she was so wrong for that I wish somebody would grab my hair it would be smoke in the city….oh sorry got a little caught up…great update i just love this story

omfg! k, so ive kinda been on punishment for like ever now but i just caught up with this absolutely amazing story! u never fail to impress me jess but i did notice u gave ash my future career…hmmm i guess im always giving u those bursts of inspiration…PMS!!! ill seriously have 2 kick ur ass if u dont-Tiff
