    Chapter Twenty-Four

     

    Ashley stretched her arms out and noticed that the bed was empty beside her. “Spencer?” She glanced around and saw no sign of the blonde.

     

    She swung her legs off to the side of the bed and stretched her arms again. She could still hear music coming from her stereo as she once again looked around to see where her girlfriend had gone off to. She stood up and headed out of the bedroom in search of Spencer.

     

    As she was making her way down the stairs, she saw Spencer sitting on the couch in one of Ashley’s silk robes. Ashley stood on the stairs admiring how beautiful the blonde was. The stair made a light noise as Ashley stepped down and Spencer’s head turned. Spencer smiled at the sight of Ashley still completely nude but with slight bed head. ‘She’s still the most gorgeous thing I have ever seen.’

     

    Ashley sat next to Spencer and nuzzled her face into the blonde’s neck. “Mmm…why did you leave me all alone up there?” Ashley said pouting.

     

    “I had to get a few things together.” She replied kissing the top of the brunette’s head.

     

    “Really? Like what?” Ashley said playing with the belt of the blonde’s robe.

     

    “Wouldn’t you like to know.” Spencer said sarcastically.

     

    “You know if you keep this up I may not put out later.” Ashley said with a huge smile.

     

    Spencer couldn’t help but laugh. “You keep that up and I may not put out later.” Spencer countered.

     

    “Ouch…should have seen that one coming. Ok…ok…so when is my next surprise?” Ashley said clasping her hands together like a small child.

     

    “Come on.” Spencer pulled Ashley up to her feet. She led the brunette into the hallway right outside the kitchen and then stopped. “Close your eyes.”

     

    “What for?”

     

    “Just close your eyes.” Ashley winked and then shut her eyes. She could hear Spencer walking away and then felt the blonde’s arms encircle her waist from behind. Spencer kissed Ashley’s neck before placing a silk scarf over the brunette’s eyes.

     

    “What you didn’t trust that I would keep my eyes closed?” Ashley teased.

     

    “It’s my insurance policy.” Spencer kissed Ashley’s neck once more then led Ashley into the kitchen. She placed a towel on a stool and had Ashley sit down. She made her way around the room making sure everything was just right. “Ok…take the blindfold off.”
