“He did…I just like freshly squeezed Orange Juice…so does Paula and today is ‘butter up Paula and surprise her’ day…remember?”
“Oh right…well I think I already screwed that plan up…” Ashley muttered under her breath.
“What was that?” Arthur asked looking over at the brunette.
“Nothing.” Ashley said continuing with the Orange Juice. Spencer made her way to the refrigerator and kissed Ashley softly on her cheek.
“You ok now?” Spencer asked still a little concerned with whatever had bothered Ashley that morning.
Ashley nodded and smiled at the blonde. “I think just waking up and knowing your mother was here and that today was the day just kinda hit me that’s all.” Ashley said trying to sound as convincing as possible.
Spencer nodded her head and walked to get some fruit out of the fridge. She kept glancing at the brunette while they finished preparing breakfast trying to figure out what the real reason for Ashley’s weird mood was.

“Paula, breakfast is served!” Arthur called out to his wife who had yet to leave the master bedroom.
Paula emerged and walked into the room avoiding the younger brunette. She sat quietly at the table and smiled at her husband before they began to eat.
Ashley tried to focus on just her food and Spencer while she ate but would occasionally look at the older blonde and shiver.
“So Paula…did you shower in the guest bathroom like Spencer had suggested?” Arthur said trying to break the silence that had fallen over the group.
Ashley looked at Spencer with a look of shock and the blonde looked back at her not understanding why her fiancée was so surprised. The brunette quickly returned her gaze back to her food and started to play with her food.
“Yes…I did.” Paula said quietly to her husband.
“I didn’t mean to take so long in the shower this morning.” Arthur said apologetically.
“It’s fine…” Paula replied smiling softly at her husband. She looked over at Ashley and their eyes met for a split second. They both looked away quickly and Spencer raised an eyebrow.
“Ok…what is going on with you two?” Spencer said crossing her arms in frustration.

Are you kiddin me? How can Spencer and Arthur be so naive. I love how Ashley isn’t buying it, and she needs to stay on Spencer about it, don’t placate her, so she can be hurt when Paula pulls whatever it is she is gonna pull. Update again, quickly.

ohh Paula you’re a crafy one but this better not turn into How the Milf Stole the Wedding or something…tay brought up an interesting scenario though with the possible involvement of Aiden. It makes me cringe a little to try and imagine what she’s cooking up. Oh yeah, and I love your story even though I might not comment every time. I love each update, it’s just that I like to have something of actual substance when I comment and some days my vocab completely ditches me :) pms

wheres my bus? i’m gonna throw paula under it. and then i’m gonna back up and run over here multiple times. that should make me feel better :-D. i’m thinkin shes gonna do something to get aiden involved…and i’m gonna be sooo pissed. because she’ll probably set it up where spencer catches them in a compromising position. grrr. damn you paula. great update.
