A frown crossed her face as she chewed her bottom lip, deep in thought. “Of course, just as long as nobody tries to kill us or anything.” She said brightly. “I’ll protect you if your mom goes haywire on us again.” I embraced her tightly. “I love you, Ash-y.” I said, sounding like a little kid. She chuckled and pinned me down on the couch.  “Ash, we don’t have time for this.” I giggled. “Of course we do.” She purred into my ear. “No, we don;’t. Really. We’re going to have dinner at my parents’ house tonight.” The look on Ashley’s face was priceless. ‘WHAT?!”  she yelped in surprise, as if I’d suddenly burned her hand. “Now?” “Yeah…now…” She scowled at me in displeasure. “Fine, Carlin. But you owe me big.” She grumbled, dismounting me and going into the bedroom to rummage for something to wear.

“ABSOLUTELY NOT!” I shrieked, once she emerged from the bedroom wearing only suspenders on extremely short shorts, and a tie. “What? I look hot!” she insisted, looking over herself. “You are not a Chippendales’ dancer.” I said firmly. “You need the cuffs and the BOWTIE to look like a Chippendales’ dancer, stupid.” “Tell me you don’t like these, Spencer,” she teased, flexing her muscles and running her hand over her hardened abs. “My parents would throw us both out of the house on our asses if you dress like that. Or should I say, undress and come like that.” Ashley scoffed. “Spencer, they need to be able to accept us both, and most importantly, you.” “Yeah, but what kind of parents would let their kids live with and date someone who looks like they strip for a living?” “As I recall, Spencer, you had absolutely no problem doing that last week-  ” she began, with an amused grin on her face. “Well I did that for you.” I said sweetly, giving her my puppy dog face. “You totally dominated me! Sometimes I wonder if you just did that so you could REALLY have your way with me.” I gave her a toothy grin. “Mmmm… is someone still bitter over having begged, and whimpered for me to take them?” Ashley flashed her eyes dangerously at me. “You bet I am, Carlin. I’ll get even with you for that. Nobody dominates Ashley Davies and gets away with it! Nobody!” she gloated. “We’ll see about that, considering how whipped you are now.” I sang. “I am not whipped.” “Are too!” “Am not!” “Go change into something decent, Ash!” “FIIINNNEEE…” “See? Whipped.” I said, snickering. “I heard that!” she hollered from the bedroom. “What if I show up in a chicken suit?” “Ash, you don’t even have a chicken suit. Unless… you secretly work at KFC or something.” “KFC doesn’t have chicken suits, blondie. It’s the foster farms chickens!” “Yeah, well, I’m not obsessed with chickens, so hurry up!”
