Rude Comments and Silent Tears. – (Chapter: Watch out!)

    "Ready for school?"

"No." I mumbled, swallowing my last piece of toast.

"Oh come on, Spencer. It won’t be that bad." My dad reasured.

    "Yes it will."

I heard him sigh, "Lets go." He called for my brother and we were out the door. Handing Glen the car keys he smiled. "Don’t kill us."

"Sweet!" was shouted before he excitedly got into the car.

My dad gave me a grin, but all I could do was force one back.

"Get in the car already!" Glen commanded.

Rolling my eyes, we both get in. Buckling my seatbelt, I zone out. School is gonna be hell without Ashley. I’m not going to know a soul. Well, I used to live here. Maybe I will know a couple of people. Though this small town in Ohio is nothing compared to the huge L.A crowds. It’s going to take a while to get used to. Along with living without…

    "Glen!"

    "What?"

    "Watch out!"

I turn my attention to the front of the car in time to see my brother almost murder an innocent pedestrian. The man flipped Glen the bird, before turning around and countinuing on his way. My dad glared at Glen, "Get out of the car. You are not driving anymore."

    "But dad…"

    "Move it, mister."

"Ohhh."He whined before exiting our SUV. My dad soon did the same. Once they had both got back in, we were driving again. I lightly giggled to myself. Wait to bro.

    "And you are?"

    "Spencer Carlin."

"Right. Spencer." The teacher repeated, clearly annoyed. "Just go take a seat."

Dragging my feet over to the nearest empty seat, I sit. Gazing at the surrounding people, I see them staring. Some even drooling. Ew. Boys. I spot a girl. Brown hair, brown eyes, and beautiful features. She kind of reminds me of Ash. The girl smiles at me and leans over.

    "Hey, I’m Taylor."

    "Hi."

    "Where did you move from?"

    "Los Angeles."

    "Whoa. Cool."

I smile. "Yeah, it is." Taylor mirrors my smile.

"So, seems we already have something in common."

I tilt my head to the side. "What?"

"We both have boy names." We both laugh.

"Yeah. "I chuckle one last time. "I guess we do."
