"That is how it happened."  Aiden said smiling at the camera.  "That was so long ago."  She said.  "I won’t tell you how long though."  He said, and the man he was talking to laughed."

"That’s a pretty good story."  The man, also known as Jack said.  "You ever think you’d end up with two Mom’s Aiden?"  He asked the now fourty year old man.

"I knew I would.  I knew someone eventually would come along that was good enough for my Mom.  It just happened to be my real mother."  Aiden said.

"It’s funny how life works out."  Jack began.

"I guess that’s what you call faith.  The two of them were meant to be together.  Sure it wasn’t perfect, but they loved each other so much.  I guess it just took me to bring them together."  Aiden answered.

"Tell us about lossing them."  Jack asked.

"It’s never easy to talk about."  Aiden began.  "Mom died two years ago.  She had breast cancer.  My mother was heart broken.  She tried so hard to keep it together, but it just didn’t work.  She died two week later.  The doctor’s tried to tell my sister and I that it was this and that, but we both knew.  She always said that Mom had her heart.  When Mom died, my mother just couldn’t live without her heart.  She tried for us, but it was just to much."  He said tears in his eyes.

"But, you never got married right?" Jack asked.

"No.  I swore I never would unless I could find someone that I felt like my Mom felt for my mother.  It’s hard to grow up around that kind of love and not expect to find it yourself.  I haven’t given up though."  He said smilling.

"It’s a real love story, isn’t it?"  Jack asked.

"It is.  I’m just glad I got to be a part of it."  Aiden said.

"That’s all we’ve got time for tonight.  Thank you Aiden for joining us."  Jack said shaking Aiden’s hand.

"It’s my pleasure."  He said.

Aiden Carlin talked with us about his retirement tour.  Aiden’s first CD released when he was eighteen.  Six CDs in all came after that one.  All went number one along with the songs that he put out as singles.  He toured the world.  Millions of fans along the way, but his two biggest ones were now gone.  He had promised his mother he wouldn’t stay in the recording industry forever.  She saw what it did to his Grandpa Raife, and she didn’t want that for him.  After the tour, Aiden plans to go home to open a recording studio with his sister Carrie.  It will be apporpriately titled, Carlin – Davies Records.  Aiden plans to lead a normal life after that helping his sister and her husband raise their two children while still looking for someone to settle down with on his own.  We wish him the best of luck.
