    Sorry??? – (Chapter: 7-Spencer’s breakdown)

"Hey, how is the crazy couple?"  Glen asks once we set off towards the hospital.

"I don’t really know.  Ashley asked me to talk to Spencer for her, what do you think?  I mean I am not sure because she is acting weird"  I turn to him.

"I really don’t know, I guess just tell her.  Spencer has been acting different, but the way she is acting now is better than how she was before.  I think we are all waiting for the other shoe to drop."

"Yeah, well hopefully she will not get anymore bad news."  We stop at a red light and Glen stares out the window.

"Yeah, no more bad news."  He looks at me and he seems so sad.

We finally pull up to the hospital.  Instead of getting out we both just sit there.

"Glen, what is the matter.  You know you can talk to me, we have become good friends haven’t we?"  I want to help him out.  Glen has surprised me and I have really started to like him.  He turns to me and pulls me to him crashing out lips together.  I am startled for a second, but then I start kissing him back.  We start to really get into it when he pulls away.

    "I’m leaving LA."

    Spencer

"I really enjoyed getting to go outside.  Thank you Leighson it means a lot to me."  I smile up at her from my chair.

"It’s no problem Spencer, I want to help you do things you enjoy."  She sets the brakes once we get into my room.  "Why don’t we start to work some on your upper chest?"  She reaches into her bag and pulls out some weights.  I glare at them not really wanting to ruin my good mood.

"Don’t look at them like that.  Try and remember, the more you use these, the more independence you will get."  She walks over to me and places the weights in my hands.  "Now we will start with 5 reps of 10."  I start, but by the second rep I am tired and can barely lift my arms.

"Enough, I don’t want to do this anymore."

"No Spencer just keep going.  You can do this, I know you can."  She tries to encourage me, but I just don’t want to hear it.
