South of Orange Country – (Chapter: Spttin' Game and Asking Questions)
Ashley’s POV
I’m leaning against the bar counter, talking and laughing with Summer about a joke Seth just told. I turn my head to the right, and in the distance I see Marissa Cooper and she’s walking with a blonde that is defiantly checking me out right now. She’s totally hot though, so I guess it doesn’t really matter.
If you’re wondering yes, I am a lesbian. I’m Ashley Davies and I just turned 17. I live in Beverly Hills, living the life of a Hollywood girl. Hittin’ up parties every summer night and hooking-up happens very often. I never remember their names either… Anyways I do have a passion though. Music. Everything dealing with music. I love writing, singing, and guitar playing. I can also play a little of the piano and drums. But writing is my specialty. That’s all thanks to my Dad, he inspired me to do what I do. He past away in a car accident about a year ago. I miss him, everyday and no matter what he will always have a place in my heart.
Marissa and blondie started walking towards us and I see Seth get up and he starts talking. I hear him say,
“MARISSA, it’s nice to see you here on this warm day, I see you’ve brought over a new friend.”
Wow he is so corny.
Her voice is really sexy and raspy. I listen to her say her name is Spencer Carlin, I like that name.
She shakes hands with Seth and he’s starting to introduce everyone. Before he can even say my name, I cut him off and I get up and walk over to Spencer.
“And I’m Ashley, Ashley Davies.” I say and ask for a handshake. Wow I feel like a total nerd right now, and for some reason I’m really nervous. Snap out of it Davies, this never happens to you when it comes to girls. Where’s your charm? This voice in my head needs to stop.
When she takes my hand, this new feeling takes over my body, a feeling I have never experienced in my 17 years of living. It was an amazing feeling, and I never wanted to let go of her hand. I think she has the same feeling because we were like that for a while. She looks at me and her eyes are significantly beautiful. The shade of ocean blue suits her very well, and I think I’m drowning in them. No, I am defiantly drowning in them.
