Ashley’s P.O.V.

That bitch.

God damn it. Today sucked. It felt awesome in art class to prove to Spencer that I did love her and would break up with Aiden for her. Until that meathead had to practically scream that Spencer and I had sex. Now, I was stuck walking to the principal, next to the bitch that got me here. She kept glaring at me, trying to act all badass. What a loser.

“See something you like?” I hissed, pissed that she kept staring at me.

“Um…hell the fuck no. Spencer’s the only one that gets me hot…”

“Bitch, Spencer’s mine. Not yours. She used you to get over me.”

“Yeah, and do you know how much pain you caused her?” She asked, stopping to face me. “She cried over you for days. And I was nice enough to be there for her. Unlike you.”

“Just stop. It’s none of your business.”

“Yeah it is. I’m the one that actually helped her. Her brother died, and you ditched her for that guy. What kind of person does that?”

“Shut up. I was confused, ok? Aiden got shot too and I didn’t know what to do…”

“So what…you just don’t call your girlfriend for months? That makes no sense.”

Trust me, I had been beating myself up for doing that to Spencer. All the guilt and anger towards the girl that replaced me had finally reached a boiling point. I shoved Carmen into the lockers. She looked surprised, but then lunged at me, grabbing my hair. I moved my arms around wildly, slapping her face. She then backed off, raised her fist, and punched me. Some teachers had heard the commotion and led Carmen and I to the principal’s office. As if my life couldn’t get any worse, I was sitting next to the girl who had given me a massive black eye. She got called into the principal’s office first. Serves you right bitch. I was so frustrated; all I wanted to do was see Spencer.

The door to the office flung open and Carmen came stomping out, shooting me an evil glance. The principal then called me in. This wasn’t too unusual for me. I had sat in this chair more times than I could count. But this time, I actually cared. I felt bad for embarrassing Spencer by getting in a fight with her soon to be ex.

“Ms. Davies.” The principal said, crossing her fingers. “It’s been a while.”

“Yeah whatever.” I grumbled.

“So, want to tell me your side of the story?” She asked. I told her everything, from how Carmen was the first to lash out, and how I did shove her into the lockers. I had a feeling I would get off ok though, since I had a huge black eye. “Well, it seems like you and Carmen have the same story. So, you will receive the same punishment.”

“And that will be?”

“Suspension. Till the end of the week. Come back next Monday.”

“Thank you.” I said, as I got up to leave the office. I was actually kind of relieved. I thought I was going to get kicked out or something. I headed to my locker to grab my purse. I decided it would probably be a good idea to write Spencer a note. Grabbing a pen and a pad of paper, I headed to Spencer’s locker, jotting down a note.

Spencer-

Meet me at the pier after school. I’ll explain everything.

Just as I rounded the corner, I saw Carmen was putting a note in her locker as well. Fuck.

“What are you doing here?” She asked.

“Uh…leaving my girlfriend a note.” I said, opening her locker and placing my note next to Carmen.

“Oh really? Me too…”

“Fine. I don’t care. But may I ask what it says?”

“To meet me at the pier after school.”

“I’m meeting her at the pier.” I said, really mad this whore was intruding on our lives.

“Well, I guess we both are.” She smirked evilly. “See you later Ashley.”

If this bitch thinks she can compete with me….
