The two girls walked over and stood directly behind the foursome, hoping none of them would recognize the pair. Their disguises were good, great even, but there was still a chance.
“…I just don’t understand what her fucking damage is. I’m hot.” Sasha said as she crossed her arms against her chest, her long brown hair whipping over her shoulder.
“It’s her loss, Sash. Why the fuck would you want Ashley Davies anyway?” Jonica said in disgust. Ashley’s mouth dropped open and she looked furious. Spencer squeezed the brunette’s hand hard to tell her to behave. But a very big part of the blonde wanted to tell Jonica that she was nuts. Who wouldn’t want Ashley Davies?! Spencer thought.
“I mean, seriously…She’s not even that hot.” Jonica said with a light laugh as she shrugged while running a hand through her short, blonde hair. Carmen chuckle
d a little as she wrapped her arm around her girlfriend’s shoulders.
“Yeah, I don’t see what all the fuss is about.” Carmen agreed. The line moved and everyone stepped forward a little. Ashley stood there fuming. She kept her one hand clasped with Spencer’s but her other was firmly on her hip, not at all amused.
“She’s not as hot as Spencer Carlin, that’s for sure.” Jonica said with a sneer. Carmen nodded eagerly before she high-fived Jonica.
“Hello?” Lily said, more than pissed as she stepped away from Carmen and folded her arms across her chest. “I’m right here, Carmen.” She said with an eye roll. “And I’m with Sash, Ashley is hotter.”
The brunette and the blonde looked at one another, both trying to hide their amused grins.
“I’m hotter.” Spencer said, leaning over a little to whisper the words into Ashley’s ear, getting the brunette to shut her eyes briefly.
“Please Carlin, Carmen and Jonica don’t count as people.” Ashley said with smirk. Spencer rolled her eyes as she smiled. The four girls in front of them debated back and forth. After a few minutes, both blonde and brunette got tired of the ridiculous argument, both silently agreeing that the girl they were standing next to was the more attractive one.
Ashley looked around the open field, where the hayride loaded, where the corn maze entrance started, and where you bought tickets. She was more than a little surprised to see that most of King High was milling about.

Thanks then to best friend Theresa, Roxystyle011 and Mute and everyone else who nagged Stix! Special thanks to the makers of red bull, they gave her wiiiiings!! We’ve gone too long without an update and we missed you!!! Just so you know, I took notes as well. Aunt Marie creeps me out. Period. That’s all I have to say about her. Aww, poor Arthur, still so broken up. Apparently, he really doesn’t know his kids very well. How can he not know that it wasn’t his daughter who wrote the note? The killer was right beside him … scary! Stupid kids, they won’t go to the dance because of the murders but they go to dark corn mazes?? That’s like, ok killer, come and get me, kill me now since I don’t have enough sense to stay home or do the buddy system! *coughs Jonica* Kyla asking Ashley hang out felt kinda incestuous, even if they’re not related in your story. The Psycho theme playing in the background was kinda funny. Hahaha And they finally kiss!! But the progress of their relationship will suffer a setback because of the meddling, huh? You didn’t mention whoever the Killer is holding prisoner again… I have a hunch who it is but I can’t be sure. Sooooo, that means you have to post more chapters A.S.A.P. Thanks!

I pretty much agree with everything keepXmeXawake said. aunt marie pisses me off and yes she’s freaking creepy. poor ash hearing all that she said to spence. yay jonica bit the big one! sorry if I seem too happy about that but I don’t like her. sucks that their first kiss was to fool carmen, but at least it happened! finally! interested to see who the other 3 students are that the killer got to. sooo of course it means that you really really have to post again… really really soon!!! please?? ok, thanks. excellent job stix! omg so glad youre back!!! sorry bout your mom, but very glad shes doing well, and very glad you had a great bday and holiday! i wasnt sure i was gonna like a mystery/thriller from you as much as your other stories, but i shoulda known better- its every bit as addictive to read as the others :) big thanks to all who encouraged your return- but even bigger thanks to you for refusing to leave a story unfinished :) -waiting not so patiently for the next installment :)

Hey I am uber glad you are back. This story is awesome. The way you manage for me to hate a fictional character such as Marie is just amazing. Its her fault that both girls are in such pain. They deserve the best and the best is each other. I am ready for more chapters whenever you post. Sorry it took so long to read this one. But it was great. I cant wait for the killer to get what he/she deserves. I would say to bad for Jonica but I never really liked her so oh well. Hmm that probably sound bad….anyway I wonder who else got killed that night. I am glad it was not adian even though he did lie to ash which was a douch move. I hope there is more spence and ash closeness that is always nice. Ok well thanks for the post and stay safe. -Jess
