The Least I Can Do – (Chap. 1)
Just as Spencer was about to read the tag she heard a voice yell “Roxi!” and the dog bolted away from her and toward the voice. She turned to she where the dog had run to, only to see a gorgeous brunette approaching her the dog at her heels.
Ashley: “I am soo sorry about my dog. I don’t know what got into her this mourning. She escaped under the fence in my back yard. She is usually such a good dog, aren’t you girl.” Ashley says while petting Roxi on the head.
Spencer at this point was still in awe of the beauty before her. She was wearing a pair or dark gray pajama pants, a white beater, and a black zip up hoodie, with her beautiful curly brown hair pulled in a messy bun a top her head. Despite the obvious fact that the girl had just gotten out of bed, Spencer had never seen a more attractive person.
Spencer: “It..It’s ok” was all she managed to say
It was then that Ashley too, began to take notice of the honey haired women before her. She quickly ran her eyes up Spencer’s toned body, stopping when she saw the mud on Spencer’s fleece.
Ashley: “Oh, she got mud on your fleece, I am so sorry. Please, let me get that cleaned for you.”
As she said this her eyes meet Spencer’s for the first time and she was taken aback by the beautiful electric blue eyes that she stared into. Spencer’s felt Ashley staring at her and was able to regain some confidence.
Spencer: “No, really it’s fine. I just wanted to make sure the dog found it’s owner, and well it’s looks like she did, the mud is no big deal.”
Ashley: “Well thank you very much for finding her, I feel horrible about your clothes though, how about you let me make you some coffee it’s the least I could do after my dog assaulted you.” Ashley says laughing a little at her own comment. The blonde chuckled as well.
Ashley was hoping that the beautiful blonde in front of her would agree. Spencer looked at Ashley’s deep brown eyes and couldn’t help but say yes.
Spencer: “That’s very nice of you to offer, I was almost done with my run anyway, and since Roxi here did as you put it “assault me” I think I’ll take you up on that offer." Spencer said smiling. “I’m Spencer by the way” she says as she reaches her hand out.
Ashley: “My name is Ashley” she says reaching out to meet Spencer’s hand. Their hands meet and they politely shake. Both girls trying to hide to expressions on their faces as the touched, feeling a sort of spark run through their body’s “Very nice to meet you Spencer” Ashley says with a smile looking into Spencer’s baby blues, still holding her hand.
Spencer: “Nice to meet you as well, Ashley” she says while reluctantly letting go of Ashley’s hand with a smile showing off her extremely white teeth.
Ashley: “My house is just right there” Ashley said pointing to a large home a few yards down the street, as she began to walk with Spencer following along side her. Ashley glanced backward to make sure Spencer was coming with her, and smiled at her when she saw that she was.
Spencer followed Ashley towards her home with Roxi happily wagging her tail right behind them. Spencer did not say anything on the short walk. All she could do was think about the girl she was walking with, and how her morning run had just gotten a lot more interesting.
So should I keep going?? Let me know.
