All the cheerleaders give a sigh of relief and break apaprt. A few seconds later Spencer walks in and takes a seat in the bleachers. She pulls a notebook out of her backpack and starts working on homework not really paying attention to the people in the gym. Ashley is digging through her gym bag and has her back facing Spencer. Madison quickly notices Spencer in the stands.

Madison: Well, well, well if it isnt’ your future life partner. (gives a small chuckle.)

Ashley: What? (Ashley turns around to see what Madison is talking about. She sees Spencer and starts to get nervous.)

Madison: Well, what are you waiting for? You have 4 weeks to win the bet, so I suggest you turn on that Davies charm and get started.

Ashley: (Ashley gives Madison a small smirk and makes her way over to Spencer.) So is hanging out at the school gym a hobby of yours?

Specner: (Spencer looks up at Ashley and smiles.) Hey Ashley. What are you doing here?

Ashley: (Takes a seat next to Spencer.) Cheerleading practice. I saw you over here and thought I would come and say hi. So, really, what are you doing here?

Spencer: (Points to a blonde headed boy playing basketball.) See number 6 over there? That’s my brother. I have to wait for him to finish practice.

 Ashley: (Watches Glenn steal the ball from Aiden and make a basket.) He is pretty good? Did he play back home?

Spencer: Yeah he was the captain of the varsity team. He is hoping to get a scholarship. So how about you, do you enjoy cheerleading?

Ashley: Umm…yeah it’s fun.

Spencer: (chuckles) Wow, that sounded convincing.

Ashley: (Laughs.) Alright, alright you caught me. The truth is-

Mellisa: (Approaches the two girls.) Hey Ashley are we going to get back to the routine?

Ashley: (Disappointed she has to cut her conversation with Spencer short.) Yeah, yeah I’ll be there in a sec. (to Spencer) I have to go. I guess I’ll see you tomorrow.

Spencer: Okay, bye.

Spencer watches Ashley walk away. God she has a nice body. About 30 minutes later Ashley got frustrated with the girls and decided to end practice early. The boys still had another 45 minutes left of practice, so Spencer was still waiting up in the bleachers.

Ashley: Hey Spencer.

Spencer: Hey Ash. What’s up?

Ashley: Not much, just about to head home. Listen I don’t think the guys are going to be finishing any time soon. Do you want to come over to my house for a little while?

Spencer: I wish I could, but my mom wanted us to come home right after school so we could finish unpacking.

Ashley: Oh okay, I understand. Can I at least give you a ride home then? (please say yes, please say yes.)

Spencer: Yeah that would be great. Just let me go tell my brother real quick.

Spencer gathers her stuff and tells Glenn she is getting a ride home from Ashley. Ashley and Spencer leave the gym and start heading for the parking lot.
