Time to stop – (Chapter: It’s a deal then!)

    Previously in "Time to stop":

When we arrived at her house I couldn’t believe my eyes, it was huge, a mansion really. She led me to her bedroom I was stunned by what I saw.

    New chapter:

As I finished getting myself ready we drove to the beach. It was very sunny, the car ride was filled by laughs, giggles, stares, glances, I knew her for like what? Two days and I already felt like I would be lost without her, and it scared me, a LOT!

When we arrived at the beach, blanket on the sand, she grabbed my hand and pushed me in the water. It was so cold!

Suddenly, I couldn’t see her under water anymore. And she rose up behind me, putting her hands on my waist. She looked into my eyes, I was so confused, I just felt so attracted, by a girl… by Ashley. And then she just began to splash water on me. It was her way to lighten the mood! I guess she did realize how confused and lost I was. But it reassured me in some way.

As we finished splashed each other in the water, we just lie down on her blanket and I broke the silence ignoring what happened and ask:

The day went by it was really an above average day, since I moved here I never felt this way, I could tell her anything, by the end of the week she knew almost everything about me, and I knew well I think a lot more than anybody would ever know about her considering she’s not really the sharing-one.

But the more I was hanging out with her, the more I seemed to be hated by the others at school too. I mean she had quite a reputation from breaking the girl’s hearts and the guy’s ones too. After I broke up with Aiden, we became friends but I couldn’t hang out with him and Ashley together, they were acting so weird when the other was present so I had to make it right between them, and… I had a plan!

It has been a perfect week seriously, I thought this year would be the worse year of my life but since I met Spence, my mind began to change. This girl is so amazing, and even if the ‘’gay’’ topic does still tense her up, I can tell she has feeling for me. I mean she told me she didn’t feel anything with Aiden, or with any boy from Ohio-farm-State for that matter. Every moment, well practically every minute since we hang out which is like every day since two weeks, I’m almost sure, she have the same shiver as I have every time we should touch our hands accidentally, or the way she blushed every time I look at her, I caught her staring at me more than once, and not just in my eyes, if you know what I mean.

Everything was fine until they had to put this huge panel with the inscription “SCHOOL DANCE THIS FRIDAY” at the entry of school.

You know I could have done like the other years just ignore it, but I had this little voice since a week, the SPENCER-ANGEL-voice! She wanted to go to this so bad. But I will stand my ground there is no way I will go to this dance! I have to keep my rep’ intact. Excuse me, I have to take this call:

So yes, Me, Spencer Carlin, can actually make Ashley change her mind. Yes, I have to say I’m really proud. But that was all part of the plan! This Friday passed by so fast! Well just for me, because it didn’t look to go fast enough for Ashley who was practically sleeping during all classes.

After the last bell, I was searching for her, but I couldn’t find her in hallways so I waited at her car.

Ashley drove me off at home. I had just enough time to change for the dance. I didn’t know what I wanted to look like. Well, I want to look hot! That’s for sure, but keeping the sweet and innocent thing Ashley liked so much ugh okay, not really about Ash right now Spence, forget a little something about straightness maybe?

When I finally opted for a short white dress with a little blue belt on it, I heard a knock on the front door.

Ashley hadn’t had the time to knock on the door yet!

I led her the way, taking her hand, to the living room so she could see Aiden. He was looking as stunned as she was.
