    Author Notes:

    Drunk time with Spencer and Ashley. Who will out drink who? and Ashley makes a decision you guys might not like.

    CHAPTER 5

     

                "You know Asshhleyyy, that Manny Sssantoss is ssso hot," Spencer said to me, her eyes half glazed over. 

                I smiled a sloppy smile, "You can say that again, Spence."

                "That Manny Sssantoos is soo hot."

                I laughed, lifting what had to be her 20th shot up to her lips and feeding her the shot.  The Jack was gone, the bottle left abandoned on the floor.  We were taking straight shots of tequila now.  She closed her eyes as she tilt her head back, taking the entire shot like a champ.  When she was done, she smiled at me, licking the corners of her mouth before sucking on a slice of lime. 

                I was extremely impressed with her alcohol tolerance.  I assumed that she would get drunk a lot faster than me, but here I was getting steadily drunk right along with Spencer, and she just kept on drinking.  I was sure that by now, she would at least feel sick, seeing that Jack was dark liquor and this tequila was light, but she continued to drink as if it was all different flavors of Kool-Aid. 

                It was nearing one in the morning and the Degrassi marathon was still going on, but we found ourselves paying less and less attention to it as the minutes passed.  I would often turn and catch Spencer looking at me, a small grin plastered on her face as she looked lost in her thoughts. 

                "What?" I asked that last time I caught her. 

                "Nothing?"

                "Well you keep on looking at me, you’re starting to creep me out," I joked.

                "Fineeee, then I won’t look at you."  Spencer turned on my bed and faced the television, focusing extremely hard on the show.

                "Spencer, truth or dare?"  I liked being random sometimes.

                Not taking her eyes off the television, she smirked, "Truth."

                "Do you want to look at me?"  

                Spencer laughed uncontrollably, the liquor making me a lot funnier than I actually was.  "Nope."

                "Are you lying?"

                "It’s my turn Ashley, truth or dare."

                "Um…," I thought for a moment, "Truth."

                Spencer turned to me, her eyes locking on to me, "And, FYI, I’m only looking at you because it’s hard to talk to you without looking at you, but not because I want to look at you or anything like that."

    8. This was a good update. Ashley need to relize that she controls her actions, nothing else. No one has ever forced her to cheat, she just does it because she does not want to control herself. Her believing that she will eventually cheat on Jessica is just an excuse she gives herself that is flimsy, at best. Is Taylor also from Ohio? I ask because she and Spencer have been together for three months or so but they were already dating when school began. Anyhoo, Spencer wants Ashley, Ashley wants Spencer and then there’s Jessica. Taylor doesn’t count because she doesn’t seem to be too much of an obstacle if Ashley wants to go there. Thanks for the update. PMS!
