Chapter 2

So the days have gone by pretty fast. Ive had fun getting to know Spencer. Shes really…hot. I been practically checking her out the whole time this past week. Ive never met anyone like her before. She seems really funny, nice, smart, and just cool. Her and Aiden tell a few stories about when they were in class together. She said that he always got her into trouble. She was in detention a lot because of him. He usually got away with a lot of things. God, shes so beautiful…i cant help but to stare at her. She has the most perfect blue eyes, beautiful blonde hair. I think im starting to develop a crush on her, and it only took a week. Wow. So, unfortunatly the week comes to an end and we have to go our separate ways for the weekend. Aiden and I walked to my house-my car was taken away because i had to come to summer school-as she went in the opposite direction to her destination. I suddenly felt lonely. I was quiet walking home with Aiden. Then he spoke.

"Hey Ash?"

"Yea?"

"You know that girl Spencer…?"

"Um…yea…what about her?"

"Well you see, i’ve been crushing on her for a while now…and i just wanted to know if u had any advise on me asking her out because i plan on asking her out…"

oh no!…"Um…Aiden…ugh…i really dont know." i say a little annoyed because i have developed feelings for this girl already…

"Is something wrong?" He asks a little drawn back by my sudden change in attitude.

"No. nothings wrong, im fine" I say lying.

"Okay…? Well ive been trying to ask her out for a while, but im not sure on how to do it because i think she just broke up with her boyfriend…"

"Do you even know if she likes you?" I say a little coldly.

"No, but i think she’ll give me a shot…What do u think?"

"Well you have nothing to lose, so go for it." I say pushing my feelings aside for him. I mean he does deserve it. Hes a great guy…=(

"Cool! Im going to call her when we get to your house."

So we get to my house and the first thing Aiden does is pull out his phone to call Spencer. This sucks…but hes like my bestfriend. Hes on my bed laying down on his stomach kicking his feet up like a little girl…ugh. And i thought i was gay. He puts her on speaker as soon as she answers. Great. Now i can feel even worse.

"Hello?" She answers.

"Hey Spence, it’s Aiden."

"Hey Aiden, what happened?"

"Um…nothing, just wanted to call you."

"Um…okay?"

"Well actually…i was wondering if you wanted to go out with me, just hang out or whatever…?"

"Uh…yea. Sure."

"Great! Um…maybe tomorrow around 6:00…?"

"Yea, okay. That sounds great."

They hung up and Aiden got up doing a little happy dance. I hate him so much right now. He kept singing, "I got a date with Spencer…" How annoying right? I know.

Spencers POV

So Aiden asked me out today. And to be completely honest i dont really want to go. Its not that i dont like him or find him unattractive, because i do. I think hes pretty hot and i like him a lot. Its just i dont like him in that way. But what was i supposed to do. I didnt want to crush him and say "no." Hes a good guy. So i said yes. I hope it goes well. This whole week seemed to go really well at summer school though, because of him. I met his friend Ashley. She seems really nice. She is also really pretty. I enjoyed talking to her and getting to know her. Funny thing is that i can’t seem to get her out of my mind, and it scares me a little. She makes me feel different for some reason. Like i can tell her pretty much anything even though i just met her. I guess we have to see how all of this turns out.
