Chapter 4

So its Monday. Another day at summer school. I’m glad cuz this weekend i told Aiden that i had a crush on Spencer and he asked me why i hadnt told him before he asked her out. I just told him it was because he knew her better than i did. So hes not mad that i like the girl that doesnt like him. He said that he would try and get us together. How cute. Hes so sweet. So i walk in to class and Spencer is already seated n ready to learn. She looks over at me and smiles. Shes always smiling. Thats one of the things i love about her.

"Hey Spencer."

"Hi Ashley, how was your weekend?"

"Um…it went well. Just stayed home all weekend hung out with Aiden on Saturday. What about you?"

"Well i went out with Aiden on Friday, but im pretty sure he told you about that."

"Yea." i say with a slight chuckle.

"Was he upset." She asked feeling kinda bad.

"Actually, no. He was really understanding."

"Oh. Well im glad."

"Yea. Ey…um…you wanna hang out after class?"

"Uh…yea. Sure. I would love to."

"Awesome." I say all excited.

So class was over, Aiden had let us talk all throughout class and left us alone to hang out. We went to the park and just sat in the playground since no one was there. It was quiet at first, then she spoke.

"So, how do you like the class. Is it hard or easy?"

I laugh a little. "Its so much easier since your their."

She gives me a confused look.

I quickly reply, "You know, so I can…copy off you, Aiden isnt the best in English."

We both laugh.

"So um…you wanna come over to my place?"

She smiles, like always, and relpies, "Yea. Let me just call my mom and let her know I’ll be at your house."

I nod my head saying, "Okay."

So she calls her mom and says its fine. We go to my house and just hang out in my room eating Hot Cheetos. Apparently we both love them and think that they are like the best snack in the world. =)

"So you wanna play a game?" I ask pointing to my Xbox.

"Do you have Rock Band?" She asks excitedly.

I laugh at how cute shes being. "Yea. I do."

"Well then what are you waiting for! Pop it in." She says all happy.

"I bet you i can beat you." I say.

"Oh your so on! I play with my brother all the time. There is no way you’ll win."

So we played for a pretty long time, and just like she said, she won and she was throwing it my face. It was really cute.

So a few more weeks have passed, and summer school is already over. It was the last day. Spencer and i have been hanging out a lot and i love every second that im around her. Its great! We are going to the beach today. I feel like its going to be a pretty good day today…So we’re at the beach just having fun running around in the water splashing eachother. When we came out of the water we just layed in the sand for a while before walking under the pier and just resting there.

"Ashley?"

"Yea?"

"I really like hanging out with you." She says with a smile.

I just look at her, "I really like hanging out with you too."

We sit there looking at eachother for a while before i start to move in closer. I rest my palm on her cheek and she closes her eyes and leans into my hand. She slowly opens her eyes and I move into kiss her and she backs away…
