"Can I be excused, I am having feminine troubles and I’m in a lot of pain."  He nods his head quickly like this is the last thing he wants to talk about.  Men, so predictable.  She walks away pretending she is in pain, but once she is out of his sight she heads towards Ms. Stones cabin avoiding people on the way.  Once she arrives she sees that a window is open.  She sneaks over there and listens to the conversation inside.

"…do you think you were doing?  I though we talked about this."  Ashley recognizes Spencer’s voice.

"We did, but I do not accept it."  That is Ms. Stone, but her voice sounds different with Spencer.  It seems…warmer.

"You need to.  It wasn’t enough that you showed up here, but now you are butting into my life?  I just can’t handle that, you need to forget about all of this."

"I’m trying to protect you, like I used to.  And don’t ask me to forget about this I can’t.  We dated for two years before all this mess happened.  I can’t forget that as easily as you’ve seemed too."  Ashley tunes out after that is said.  They dated?  So that is what’s going on between them.  That means that Spencer is gay and I have a better chance than I thought I did.  YES!  She tunes back in after in internal high five to hears Spencer’s remark.

"I haven’t forgotten.  We had a lot together and it was a great time in my life.  But now I have moved on and you need to try to also."  Ashley hears the stress in Spencer’s voice and thinks she has had too much stress.

"NO, I refuse to believe that and I will show you that what we have."  Ashley starts when she hears what sounds like a struggle.  She is about to rush in there when she hears what she guesses someone getting slapped.

"Don’t ever do that again.  It’s over, it has been for years."  Ashley hears the door open, "And leave the girl alone, I will deal with the things in my life by myself."  Then the door slams.  Ashley pushes herself further into the wall not wanting to be seen by Spencer as she takes the offtrail.  Once Spencer is out of view she starts to leave when she hears something.  She realizes it is Ms. Stone crying.  I would cry to if I had Spencer and lost her.  I would not give up either and I don’t think she is.

"Well that was interesting."  Ashley says to herself as she leaves to finish off her day.

Ashley goes to horseback riding in a better mood and actually tries with the beast.  But alas the councilor lets her go after she falls off three times.  It is amazing that she hasn’t hurt herself badly, just bruising and a few scratches is all.  She hobbles back to her dorm looking forward to laying down and relaxing.  She tries to scream when she is pulled off the path behind some trees, but a hand is covering her mouth.  She relaxes almost immediately when she feels who it is, odd she never could have guessed if Aiden did this.  I feel so comfortable around her and I hardly know her.  Ashley was jumping up and down inside because she came to her first and so soon.  She thought she would have to wait then give in and find her first.  She starts to tingle when she hears that raspy voice in her ear.

"Want some private lessons in riding?"

Sorry for not posting yesterday, but I was worn out from family fun and the drive back to my place.  Will Ashley and Spencer finally get together or will the ex’s get in the way?  And what about the parents, how will they react?  Thanks for reading.
