Two weeks later Ashley was on her way to the 02 arena with hundreds of other people hoping to get through to the next round. So as she sits there waiting to be called someone starts to talk to her.

Dermot- hi Ashley I’m Dermot and I’m the and this is holly (shaking hands) we were just wondering if we could talk to u for a few minutes?

  Ashley – yeah sure (smiling at the pair)

   Holly – so as everyone knows you’re from la what made you move to London?

Ashley – well when I was younger my father left not long after my little sister was born and my mom was always out getting drunk and stuff. She was always bringing different men home. Then she would move us in with them then they would split up and she would kick them out and keep they stuff. Me and Kyla always be in and out of care homes. She really didn’t give a crap about us. When I was about 13 I started selling drugs to keep a roof over our heads it was a bad time my mom only cared about the drugs she was doing anything else she didn’t give a damn about when I was about 16 I meet Spencer she helped me thought a lot of stuff .then we started dating we were dating about 4 years before her mom and dad found out they r really horrible people they use to beat her all the time and once they found  about us her dad beat her so bad she nearly die she was in er for two weeks they said she feel down stairs. She also lost a baby my baby we didn’t know she was pregnant so I worked and worked and save lots of money and then me Spencer and Kyla came to London to start a new life then Spencer fell pregnant and nine months later we have the most amazing little boy ever (she smiles thinking about her son then she looks holly in the eye) and when I first looked into his eyes I knew I could never leave him or his mommy and in that moment I realized that my life wasn’t mine anymore it was him and his mommy  and I’m rambling.(she finishes with a smile)
