Chapter 176
It’s Friday morning and Tina is getting Noah ready, while Bette is getting Danny ready. Tina is taking Noah to see Dr. Wilson, while Bette is taking Danny over to the Planet. They decided to split up the morning and then meet for lunch at the Planet after the Doctor’s visit.
“Okay, we’re leaving.” Tina calls out from the living room. She’s got Noah on her arm.
“Oh, hold on.” Bette says as she button up the last button on Danny’s shirt. They then walk out to the living room to say goodbye to Tina and Noah.
Bette takes Noah from Tina and kisses his cheek.
“I’ll miss you little man. You be good to mommy, okay?” Bette says and kisses him once more.
“Okay.” He replies and puts his little arms around her neck.
“I love you.” She whispers in his ear. She hands him back to Tina.
“And I love you.” Bette says and leans in for a kiss.
“I love you too.” Tina replies.
“Call me as soon as you know anything. We’ll be waiting at the Planet.” Bette says.
“I will. Bye Danny.” Tina says and smiles over at him as he plays with some cars on the floor.
“Bye, mommy.” He replies.
“See you soon.” Tina says, smiling to Bette. Then she and Noah leaves.
They arrive at the doctor’s office 20 minutes later. Noah won’t walk on his leg, so Tina carries him and keeps him on her lap. After a few minutes of waiting, they are called into Dr. Wilson’s office.
“Hello again.” Dr. Wilson says.
“Hi, Dr. Wilson.” Tina replies.
“So, what can I do for you today?” Dr. Wilson asks.
“Well, this little guy has been tired a lot lately, he sleeps all the time. And he has a limp in his right leg. He tries his best to not stay on his feet.” Tina says.
“Okay. Has he been sick, like the flu or a sore throat” Dr. Wilson asks.
“Not that I know of.” Tina replies.
“Okay, why don’t you put him onto the bed over there and I’ll have a look.” Dr. Wilson says.
Tina stands up and walks over and set Noah down on the bed. Dr. Wilson comes over.

Great post and lenghty too, great. Poor baby Noah, don’t let anything happen to him, it would just kill them both. They will blame themselves for not paying attention to him as they have already started to do. It might also affect the unborn child that Bette is carrying. Please keep them all safe. Thanks for the post.
Nothing worse than when a child is sick and you don’t know why. B & T are already feeling a bit guilty for not noticing it sooner. And poor Danny, all that kid does is play in the corner. Hope he doesn’t feel left out. Noah has been attached to Bette but that’s because he’s not feeling well. Lauren, as always an amazing update to the story. Please continue.
This is bad, real bad. The signs all point to cancer of some sort. This can not be happening to these two and their family. Just when things seem to be going okay, something happens again. (Sounds like my families life lately). Please don’t make it real bad and help him to get well soon. With Bette struggling with the pregancy and now Noah it just may take the heart out of the family and leave them broken. No wonder Bette struggles to be open with Tina.
wow always a drama coming up :P Why Danny is not so attached to Noah? all the twins that i know since babies are so close even when one is sick and the other not. Poor Noah..i really hope you post later!.

When a child get sick,it scarie, So many thing can be wrong. Poor little fella. We have two Mothers that are afraid,and children can sense that. Noah seems to need Bette so much. Post soon Please. thanks

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WTF don’t leave us hanging like that! Poor little guy. He reminds me a bit of my cousin when he went through a period of being sick a lot. And what about Danny? Does he know his brother is sick? I hope Bette and Tina don’t ignore him. Yes a sick kid needs extra attention, but I don’t want Danny to feel like no one is paying attention to him.
