Okay, good. Bette says, she looks at Tina, before she turns and follows Kit into the back.
They enter the office and Kit closes the door.
So, whats up? Kit asks.
Well, I want to apologize in advance for not telling you sooner, I should have, two months ago. Bette starts.
What? Kit asks.
Noah is sick. Two months ago we got the news that he has leukaemia. Bette says and wait for whatever Kit has to say.
Oh my God, how is he? She asks.
Not good. Hes not responding to the chemo, we have to do an bone marrow transplant. Bette says.
Kit thinks for a second.
Two months, and you never told me? Youve got plenty of time to tell me. Kit says and raises her voice.
I know. Im sorry. We dont have that good relationship Kit. And weve been living at the hospital with him. Weve had other things on our mind. Bette says.
Yeah. I hope he gets through it. Tell me how it goes. Kit says and starts for the door.
Tell you how it goes? Bette asks surprised.
Yes, you obviously doesnt want me there or near your family. So Ill stay away. Kit says.
Kit stop. Bette says in a raised voice. Kit stops, but doesnt turn around. How many times in the past havent you been there for me when I needed you. You were never around, you would rather stay out with your drinking buddies. That leaves a mark in a young girl Kit. Bette says.
So, your paying me back now, by not telling me that my nephew is dying? Kit says.
Hes not dying Kit. Bette says as a tear slips away down her cheek. She wipes it away fast.
Im sorry I said that. I thought we were starting to get along more. The past two years has been good, havent they? Kit asks.
Yes, Kit they have. I feel like Ive had a piece of my sister back. Bette agrees.
Then why havent you shared this important news with me. I shouldve known tight away. Kit says.
Kit, Im sorry. You are right. I shouldve told you. Im really sorry. Can you forgive me? Bette asks looking into Kits eyes.

Great chapter update. Don’t understand why Kit and Bette don’t get along better now. Thought they were. Anyway great chapter and I do hope both boys are going to be fine after surgery. Thanks for the post.

Hmmmm, I can’t remember…does Kit know about Julia? How could Bette’s memory not be triggered to tell Kit when Tina’s own sister came around or when Tina told her family? Bad Bette! Anyway, nice update – thanks!!

This has got to be hard on Bette and Tina. They know that they need to spend time with Danny but their hearts are with Noah. It is tearing them apart inside. Please Post soon. I need to see what is going to happen. Maybe Julia can help out some more to be near her mom.
