    Author Notes:

    At dinner ,but Andrea is a little grumpy

    “We’re good.” William says and smiles.

    “I’m glad to hear that.” Bette says and smiles back.

    They all takes a seat, and Kit comes by to take their order. She walks up to Bette and gives her a big hug.

    “Oh baby sis, I’m so happy for you. I knew you would get your sight back.” Kit says.

    “Thanks Kit, I myself had doubts, but these guys never gave up.” Bette says and looks at Tina, then over at Julia with a huge smile on her face and eyes that are starting to tear up. “I love you so much.” Bette whispers as she wipes her eyes. Tina puts her hand lovingly on the Bette’s back and softly strokes it.

    “So, Bette, is your sight a 100 percent?” Alice asks.

    “No, it’s not, and there’s a chance that it wont get a 100 percent. So, I’m prepared to use glasses. I have reading glasses, but I might have to wear glasses on a more permanent basis.” Bette says.

    “Or contacts.” Alice says.

    “No, I don’t want those on my eyes. I think I have had enough stuff on my eyes to last a lifetime.” Bette says and smiles.

    Tina continues to softly stroke Bette’s back.

    Andrea is seated on Bette’s lap and starts to fall asleep. Bette lifts her up.

    “Hey Angel, you can’t go to sleep yet. You’ll miss all the fun.” Bette says and kisses her cheek.

    Andrea opens her eyes and starts crying. “Oh baby, are you that tired?” Bette asks.

    “Maybe I should get her stroller?” Tina says looking at Bette.

    “Yeah, we can put her down for a little while.” Bette says.

    Tina went out to the car and got the stroller and a blanket.

    Inside Andrea laid her head down on Bette’s shoulder and closed her eyes again, but opens them again and starts crying again. Minutes later Tina came back with the stroller. She placed it behind Bette.

    “Here you go babe.” Tina says and takes a seat beside Bette again.

    “Thanks baby.” Bette replies. “She’s fuzzy today.” Bette says and looks down on her daughter and then towards Tina.

    “Why don’t I take her so you can socialize with our friends. I’ll borrow Kit’s office. Get her settled down.” Tina suggests.

    3. great update! i’m with nancy… please, very little drama! this great little family needs a happily ever after after all they have been through! i’m sure the boys are ready to start getting into trouble soon! i think that they will make excellent pranksters! especially danny!

    4. A great family gathering. Andrea may still be feeling some effects from the accident. With all that Bette has gone through and having to be pretty much taken cared of by Tina, she may have been missing her Mamma.

    5. Welcome back…you were scaring me for a minute when the baby wouldn’t settle down. I have simply loved this story from the beginning and I am always excited when I see a new post. Keep posting.
