    Bette and Tina get back to the suite by 6:50p to finish getting dressed, do hair and make-up. Tina dresses in the bathroom while Bette dresses in the bedroom. Their skin glowed from the relaxing body treatment that they’d just received at the spa, but regardless of the familiarity they are still awestruck when they see each other dressed up for the night on the town.

    “Wow! … You look amazing Tee.

    “Thank you. You look stunning as usual.” Tina returns the compliment as Bette makes her way over to embrace her.

    “I’m sure glad we’re not on a friend date tonight. I don’t think I’ll be able to keep my hands off of you.”

    Tina puts her arms around Bette’s neck; with their lips just a breath away she whispers. “We’re taking it slow right?”

    “Yes. We are taking it very slow.” Bette answers as she teases her lips and kisses her neck.

    “This taking it slow thing isn’t going to be easy is it?” Tina says as she leans her head back to give Bette more access to her neck.

    “Not if you keep looking like this and looking at me like that.” Tina smirks as she leans in and kisses Bette tenderly on the lips.

    “Come on. The car will be here any minute.”

    They reluctantly loosen the embrace, pick up their purses and wraps then head down to the lobby. When they exit the building the driver of a black sedan appears to open the back door and helps them both into the car.

    Bette and Tina arrive at the restaurant at 7:55p and are seated immediately at one of the preferred tables with spectacular panoramic views. They start off with the “Crab, Avocado and Mango Stack” from the Raw Menu. It has Jumbo lump crabmeat tossed in rémoulade over layers of fresh avocado and mango. For the soup course Tina gets Lobster Bisque laced with sherry and Bette the New England style Clam Chowder.

    Bette asks the server for a wine list and makes an excellent choice that will complement the meals. The server arrives with the appetizer and the bottle of wine. He pours a sampling in the glass for Bette to approve which she does after looking at it, swirling it around, sniffing it and then finally taking a sip. He then pours two glasses, leaves the bottle on the table and excuses himself.

    5. Very strong post. In my opinion both Tina and Bette are truly trying to get this relationshipwork for good. Knowing how strong they (sexually) react on each other, it’s very strong to see that they hold back (shower separately) and talk. It gives me strenght in my situation with a friend. Thank you for this post.

    6. Fantastic update! I am glad they started to talk. I didn’t remember that it was Tina Who cheated in their marriage.

      And a very wise decision to hold back at a intimate reconnection. Let them first handle their trust issues and mistakes from their first relationship.

      Honesty is still the best policy in couple hood. To be able to understand on a different perpective to avoid misunderstanding need a lots of endurance and patient. It doesn’t matter right or wrong, not about to agree or disagree. When you love someone is a package, you cannot select what you like or dislike in a person, is only how much you can endure and bring it into your life and of course if someone change to someone you like then why together in the first place…… Just a thought ….

      demons of the past that nearly destroyed them, in conversation
      frank and abertademente, not to fall in
      same trap of the past because they have a new beginning.
