Bette and Tina are in the car with Angelica on their way to Moniques campsite. They need to drop the girl off there before they make their way to Ste.Maxime to catch the ferry to St. Tropez. They are both having a smile on their face and the looks of them together in the car is stunning. They feel happy and look forward to the day on the boat, even though they have to miss their daughter for a day. But they are sure she will be in good hands with Monique.

Bette pulls up at the entrance of the campsite and presses the button to open the gate. As she drives up to the reception Monique gets out and walks towards them with a smile.

Hey there, you two. How are things? Looking forward to the day and night alone? she starts as she kisses them both to greet them. I can tell you, that Im definitely look forward to it, I finally have a girl to take care of. Oh, dont get me wrong, I love my men, but a girl is just different. She continues while Bette and Tina get the girl and the stuff for the day and the night out of the car. They say goodbye and give Angelica a big hug with tears in their eyes. They make sure that Monique will contact them and they set a time for them to call tonight, before they get back in the car.

Monique leans in the car at Bettes side Girls, I hope you have a good time with lots of fun and sunshine. I phoned this morning and everything is arranged, dont let me down and dont worry about your girl. Im a good mother, maybe a bit chaotic but very loving and caring. I just pretend that she is mine for the next 24 hours. Now go and dont let me down. She says as she hits the side of the car and winks to Tina.

Bette looks at them two before she starts the engine and drives off. They exit the campsite waving their hand in the air to Monique. Bette drives in the direction to Ste. Maxine that lays at the other side of the hill, a drive of 20 minutes. They drive in silence and are both in their own thoughts. Bette thinks back to last night when she came home after a busy and tiring day at the gallery. She was tired because of the meetings at work and the lack of sleep from the night before. When she came in, she could smell the food Tina had prepared. It gave her a flashback to the earlier days of their relationship, and she smiled as she made her way to the kitchen. When Tina had welcomed her with a passionate kiss, she had handed her a nice cold glass of wine. It was all like it had been in the good days. Tina had told Bette that she had been out with Monique, that made her frown but Tina comforted her by saying that she had a good time and that Monique was expecting a call from her. Bette had razed her eye brows and asked why, Tina didnt want to say, so she had made the call and Monique had given the information about the surprise trip. Bette was happy, surprised and exited and smiled up to Tina as she had put the phone down. They had spent some time kissing in the kitchen till diner was ready. After diner they spent the evening with sitting on the terrace, planning the next day and drinking some more wine. They went to bed together but didnt have sex, they cuddled and kissed before Bette was really too tired to keep her eyes open. They fell asleep in each others arms, lying real close together. Monique had not told Bette the reason of her action to send them on this trip.
