Both women sip their drinks
Bette: So how did you sleep?
Tina takes a sip
Tina: I slept good and how about you?
Bette: Not too bad
Bette takes a sip
Tina: What time do you get out of work?
Tina takes a sip
Bette: Maybe 4 or 5 why?
Tina: Because I was wondering would you mind taking me to the house today so I can get the rest of my clothes?…You know what I can ask Alice
Tina takes a sip
Bette: No I will take you…Really it’s not a problem
Bette takes a sip
Tina smiles
Tina:Ok
Both women finish their drinks…Tina takes the cup to the sink and cuts the water on
Bette gets up from the table and pushes the chair in…She goes over to Tina and cuts the water off
Tina: Bette
Bette takes Tina by the hand
Bette: I have something to show you…You can do those later
Bette excorts Tina down the hall…She stops in front of the bedroom
Bette: Wait her
Bette gets the blind fold from the other night
Bette: Tina close your eyes
Tina: Ok
BABY’S BEDROOM
Bette places the blind fold over Tina’s eyes…She takes Tina by the hand…Bette takes 5 steps and opens the door to the baby’s room…She guides Tina into the room and stands her in front of the baby’s crib…She takes the blind fold off
Bette: Surprise!
Tina’s eyes opened wide…She couldn’t believe what she saw..A brand new crib…Beautiful…Nice oakwood…a rocking chair…A baby changing station…PInk wallpaper around the ceiling…Tina puts her hands over the mouth…She just couldn’t believe…She even has toys above the crib…Look at the stuffed animals…Tina turns to Bette and gives her a tight hug and a passionate kiss
Bette: So I guess that means you like it
Tina: Bette I don’t just like it god I love it…Thank you
Bette smiles
Bette:Your welcome
Tina walks around the room examing the gifts…
Bette: T it’s 8:00 baby I need to shower and get ready for work…Will you be ok all by yourself?
Tina: Yes
INTERIOR BATHROOM
Bette leaves Tina in the room and goes into the bathroom…She turns on the water she takes her robe off and places it behind the door…She gets into the shower…
MEANWHILE IN THE LIVINGROOM
