CHAPTER 16 – Letting her go.. Getting her back
Tina watched as Bette laughed heartily with Lara who is feeding the brunette some of the sample cupcakes that she baked for Kit which the older Porter plans to sell at The Planet. The blonde’s heart skipped a beat when she saw Bette laugh again when Lara put an icing on the tip of the brunette’s nose. Bette shook her head and took a bite of the blueberry cheese cupcake that she is holding then she held Lara’s neck so that the redhead will not be able to run away from her then she brought the cupcake that she was holding to Lara’s mouth. The redhead laugh too when the icing smudged around her lips.
The blonde frowned when she saw Lara gave the brunette a look full of lust. She shook her head and tried to control her feelings. She shouldn’t feel like this towards Lara because she knows that the redhead is a nice person. Not just nice.. she knows that the chef is beautiful inside and out so she isn’t surprise at all that the brunette love Lara.
She leaned back and put her elbows at the top of the counter and adjusted herself as she continuously looks on at Lara and Bette from the distance. She remembered the last time she fought with Bette at their office and the tears welled up in her eyes.
They say that if you love someone, set them free, if they come back they’re yours, if they don’t they never were. That is something that Tina believes in and she thinks that Lara also believed in that and she admired the redhead for that. Lara deserves Bette in her life and she knows that her decision is right. She wants the brunette to be happy and sometimes some happiness can only be brought out by other people so she just stared as the two playfully eat the cupcakes in front of them.
Kit saw Tina in the counter so she decided to approach the blonde “Hey Baby girl! Why are you crying?”
The older Porter embraced the blonde then she looked at where the eyes of Tina continue to stare.
“Are you still affected with Lara and my Baby Sis?” Kit asked as she wiped the tears that flow on Tina’s cheeks.

I agree with you, Mika is a big part of Bette’s life, it needs to be settled before she can really move on.
Hopefully Bette will be able to see her daughter again and can they agree on a settlement for the future.
Please drink another bottle of beer and write another update:).

I agree with you that the Mika’s matter should be settled first. the question will be different when Mika hitting on Bette. (that’s don’t like me), but of course I stand next to you and the story)
I really felt sorry for Tina now, I understand that Bette and Lara remained friends. but what they did, it was beyond the friendship (in this case, they both crossed the border). especially that Tina was sitting on the other side.
I looking forward to what Bette will say Tina’s surprise.
