Bette woke with a start, looking around her she was confused….(shit where the hell am I) at that point she looked down, and smiled. Tina was asleep beside her, laying naked in all her glory upon the bed sheets.
It all came flooding back to Bette, they had lunch at the Planet, then went for a walk, and ended up at Tina’s house. They had then spent many hours exploring each others bodies. Getting to know one another. Bette smiled at the memories she had stored.
Tina smiling at her from behind her long blonde hair, her eyes not hiding all the mischievous thoughts that were running through her head. Looking down at Tina’s tongue licking circles round her nipples. Holding Tina’s hands in hers, feeling the warmth of her skin. Smelling her, tasting her.
Bette noticed that she had been holding her breath, and released it. She stroked a stray hair from Tina’s face, noting the curve of her lips. Shifting down the bed, so her face was next to Tina’s, Bette leant in and touched her lips gently against Tina’s. Tina started to stir, Bette continued to caress her lips, with her tongue. Tina opened her eyes, and looked deep into Bette’s. Bette leaned back.
Bette: “Hey sleepy head!”
Tina: “hey yourself!”
Tina looked over to the bedside clock….: “Jesus how long were we asleep?”
Bette: “I have no idea….” looking at the time….5:46. : “shit, Shane”
Bette sat up on the bed.
Tina: “ what about Shane?”
Bette: “I left her at home, I didn’t realise I was going to be this long…. I thought we were only going to have lunch”
Tina: “ you need to go?”
Bette: “I should, I’m sorry…”
Tina: “ don’t apologise, I understand”
Bette got off the bed and started gathering her clothes…. Once dressed she turned back to Tina.
She perched on the edge of the bed: “I’m sorry Tina, I really enjoyed being with you today”
Tina smiled: “ me too…….you wanna chat later?”
Bette: “ sure shall I call you?”
Tina: “ I gotta a better idea, you got a laptop at home?”
Bette frowned: “yeah”
Tina: “ got a web cam?”
Bette: “ somewhere yeah? Why? Oh I get it”
Tina: “ leave me your MSN address”

I don’t think either one of them have to worry about finding someone else. They are becoming ingrained into each other lives. Wouldn’t it be funny if Bette has to go to New York too, to find an artist and also get to spend time with her best new friend.
