Bette and Tina: Puppy Not So Love Part 1

“Tina do you really have to go?” Bette was frantically following Tina around the house; Tina had a laundry basket full of her clothes that she was going to bring to New York with her tomorrow. Following Tina as well was the wonderful puppy Cali.

“Bette make sure she doesn’t come downstairs,” Tina said ignoring Bette’s attempt at keeping her home, and referring to Cali who was not allowed in the basement, Bette turned and looked at Cali who had her mouth open breathing heavily due to the evenings heat,

“Ew Tina she’s drooling,” Bette said with a look of disgust on her face, Tina rolled her eyes.

“Bette you’ve drooled on me plenty of times when you were sleeping, now bring her to the living room; I’m going to start my laundry,” Tina turned and made her way down to the basement,

It had been 29 days since Bette had gotten Tina Cali, and the shy quiet puppy they got almost a month ago was now not so quiet or shy. She barked whenever someone rang the door bell, she ran around the house like someone was chasing her, and she normally did this around bed time. Tina pleaded with Bette to let Cali sleep in their bedroom but Bette made it clear not on the bed. Bette bought a dog bed for Cali, which she only used during the night because every time Bette would wake up, Cali would be lying between her and Tina sleeping soundly. It was sort of cute, but more annoying than anything; according to Bette anyway, for Tina it was so darn cute.

Cali tried to follow Tina down the basement stairs but Bette blocked her off,

“You know you’re not allowed downstairs, so stop trying to follow my wife,” Bette said looking straight into the dogs eyes, Cali turned her head at Bette’s words seeming confused, all of a sudden Cali bolted past Bette and down the stairs in search of Tina,

“You little fucker,” Bette turned around just in time to see Cali turn the corner to go to the laundry room. She knew she was in trouble, Tina had stated that she didn’t want Cali downstairs because it had white carpet, and if she had an accident down there they would have to call in professionals to clean it.
