Alice: (approaching the table a little bit before Amanda and Tina) Bette, I want you to meet Amanda Reagan and Tina Kennard Amanda, Tina, this is my friend, Bette Porter.

Bette: (she stands up to shake hands) Nice to meet you, Amanda

Amanda: Same here (shake hands)

Bette: Tina, a pleasure to meet you (Extending her hand)

Tina (Stunned by Bette’s eyes and smile) Oh Nice to meet you too, miss Porter

Bette: (Displaying the magical laugh) please, call me Bette; I’m off work right now

Tina: (blushing a little, staring at her) OK, then, nice to meet you, Bette

Bette: That’s much better

All the time they had been holding hands not realizinguntil Alice interrupts them

Alice: OK, ladies, shall we seat?

Bette: Sure, please have a seat

Tina: So, Bette, Alice here says you work at the CAC (Trying to break the silence)

Bette: That’s right; I’m the Director, actually

Amanda: Really?

Tina: That sounds interesting

Alice: Don’t let her fool you, girls, she’s very boring

Bette: (Giving her a ‘wait until they leave to kick your *****’ face) don’t listen to her; she’s a pain in the ***** (Chuckling)

Alice: Hey, I’m in the room, please

They all laugh

The 4 girls have a wonderful time, eating and getting to know each other During lunch, Tina had glanced at Bette and Bette had done the same. Somehow, Tina had felt something new when she and Bette shook hands, like electricity, but also a warm tingling in her tummy That’s what kept her from retrieving her hand from Bette’s. Alice felt that something was going on with those toothat’s why she kept distracting Amanda so Tina and Bette could get to know each other a little more

After they finished lunch, they drank coffee talked some more

And when they noticed it was 5pm already, it was time for the second part of the plan

Bette: OK, ladies, I think it’s time to go Funny thing, we left here after having lunch and we’ll go to have dinner

Alice: OK, let’s go

Outside The Planet at the parking lot

Alice: So, how is it going to be, Porter?

Bette: (pretending to think for a little while) I know, why don’t you and Amanda go in your car and me and Tina will go in mine, what do you say, Tina? Care to join me?(flashing a big smile and a melting look)

Tina: Oh, sure, why not? Are you ok with that Amanda?

Amanda: Of course, this way I catch up with Alice, long time no talk, right?

Alice: right Well, Porter, drive safely, you have a fine lady next to you, so you better don’t kill her (winking to Tina and Bette)

Bette: Alice, as far as I remember, you are the one with a record in car accidents, so (Rolling her eyes) I better stop talking, Amanda is already freaking out(starts laughing, soon Tina and Alice join her)

Amanda enters to Alice‘s car and Bette opens the passenger door for Tina

Bette: Careful with the door (Smiling she closes the door)

Bette goes to the driver seat, but before opening, she stops to say something to Alice, since nor can Amanda or Tina hear them

Bette: So, what do you think?

Alice: You’re doing fine, but drive safely; you don’t want to kill her before kissing her, do you?

Bette: (shaking her head) See you there, Alice
