    “Meet him later,” Tina suggested, shifting her kisses to the back of Bette’s ear, and then blowing on it. “It’s Friday, anyway.  For some people this summer, the start of the weekend day.”

    She felt Bette lay open-mouth kisses on her neck in response, moaning softly. But Bette kept her hands trapped, and then eventually stopped kissing Tina’s neck.  “It’s important I see him, baby.  I’m sorry,” the brunette said hoarsely.

    “That’s too bad,” Tina responded. She kissed Bette again as she gently tried to shake off the brunette’s hold on her hands.  “I’ve rescheduled a meeting myself.  Want to start looking into that photo issue today.”

    Bette gave her a quick kiss as she re-tucked her tank top. She picked up the latte that Tina got for her and took a sip from it.

    Picking up on Bette’s cue, Tina returned her wife’s regretful smile and took a sip from her hot tea also.

    After swallowing, Bette said carefully. “Another reason I want to see Peter: looks like those guys emailed that file about you to that group of people, him included.  He sent it to me last night.  So I want to ask him what he knows about the circumstances behind it when I see him in a bit.”

    Tina frowned a little, noncommittal as she continued to sip on her tea.

    Bette continued, “I can forward to you the soft copy that Peter shared with me, if you want?”

    Tina nodded. So that group of people surfaced again. It was because of them, primarily, that Bette and Jenna had engaged in a fake relationship, and the reason, also, why she and Bette had pretended to temporarily separate.   Why’d they get a copy of that $%^&#* report?

    So Peter still had an in with that group, huh?   Bette had been meeting with him lately, mentioning him several times ever since they’d returned from London.  He must really be different.  Different enough for Bette to work with on this thing.

    6. WOW! is all I can say about this incredible story of intrigue and romance and mystery. Its the book I can’t put down with all that goes on page after page. I’m so loving it with all the characters and the twists and turns in the storyline. Bravo for creating such an incredible story!

    7. OK. first things first. Tina make someone investigate Peter’s medical claim. Make sure the villains have not discovered the fact that Bette’s “redhead” friend has been in two public places at the same time on different ends of New York city. And when it is time to “grab the canned peaches and head for the bomb shelter” team Tibette ensure everybody knows where the two safe havens are located. Things are getting a bit “dicey” Great writing, I love it
