    Connection-Chapter Eight-Dates, Dates, Dates…

    “Hey.” Tina greeted her.

“Hi, you look gorgeous.” Bette said. Tina smiled shyly.

“Thanks, you don’t look so bad yourself.” Tina said, admiring the brown-haired women almost perfect body.

“I’m just gonna get my purse and then we can go.” Bette said.

“Sure.” Tina answered. Bette almost ran inside, took her purse, said bye to Sebastian and ran back to Tina, who was smiling.

“What?” Bette asked while she closed the door.

“Somebody is hungry.” Tina commented. Bette smiled at Tina.

“I just… want to be with you as long as possible.” Bette said walking next to Tina. They had to walk around the corner to get to the car because there was no parking room in the street. Tina smiled at the always-charming Bette.

“Me to.” Tina said. Bette took Tina’s hand, the familiar, electric feeling returned.

    “Is that okay?” Bette asked.

“Yeah,” Tina answered, enjoying the feeling. They reached the car. Tina opened the door for Bette.

“Thank you.” Bette said and stepped inside the vehicle. Tina winked at Bette just because she wanted to. Bette had forgotten how cute it looked. Tina sat in the driver’s seat.

“Tee, it’s weird that I asked you out and YOU are driving me.” Bette said.

“Bette, it doesn’t matter. I think it’s a good deal: I drive, you pay.” Tina said chuckling; Bette had a smile on her face.

    “Okay, okay.” Bette agreed.

    Serafina & Jackson

The couple was sitting in a café. Serafina was drinking OJ and Jackson wanted to be solidary so he took it to. In an hour, they would go watch a movie.

“So, Jack, have you found a job yet?” Serafina asked.

“I did actually. Monday I can start. I’m going to be a cashier. That’s so masculine.” Jack laughed. Serafina chuckled.

“I think it’s great that you have a job.” Serafina said.

“I’m planning on setting up a saving account at the bank. We can pay everything of that, ya know.” He said.

“I think I’ll need to get a job to I’m just old enough to get one.” She said.

“Are you sure it’s good for our girl?” Jack sounded worried. Serafina took his hand and smiled.

“My mother kept working until she practically was in labor and my bro and I are perfectly fine.” She assured him. Jackson entangled their fingers.
