“Yeah but..”
“Alice please their peace and safety is most important… Kit I need you to stay here with me.”
“Gladly. I’d like a piece of that bitch.”
“Can you and Alice go get some bags packed for the kids. I want to go talk to them.”
“Sure… let’s go Al” Kit took Alice by the arm and drug her down the hall before she had the chance to say anything stupid.” Tina headed out to the backyard where the kids were playing.
“Hey guys come sit with me.” the kids made their way over and sat on a lounger across from Tina.
“How would you guys like to hand out with Aunt Al tonight? Maybe spend the night with her at her house?”
“Yeah”
“Alright!”
“Cool video games and junk food.” Tina rolled her eyes and made a mental note ‘Alice time at home only!’
“Alright then I want you all to be good!”
“Ok Momma”
“We will”
“Promise Momma”
“Good get in there and help Alice and Kit get your bags packed.” Tina sat for a moment and took a deep breath to prepare herself for what she had a feeling would be one hell of a fight with painful aftermath. Tina met Kit at the hallway when she headed back in.
“They are just about ready, we should have them out of here in a few minutes.”
“Good, I don’t want them here if she show up”
“If she knows what’s good for her she won’t dare.”
“Excuse me if I don’t have much faith in the fast she knows what’s good for her.”
“I hear ya girl”
“Hey Al.. Step it up would ya?” Tina called down the hall.
“Were coming” about the time Alice answered there was a loud banging on the front door. Tina and Kit looked at each other.
“Shit”
“Don’t worry baby girl I got your back, let’s get these kids out of here.”
“Alice Now!” Tina yelled
“Was that?” more banging “Shit” Tina quickly gave each of the kids hugs and kisses and told them that she loves them.
“Alice you have got to get these kids out of here. I don’t want her around any of them especially not Colin.. Got it. Here take my car so we don’t have to mess with the seats.”
“Don’t worry Tina I will keep them safe.” More banging on the door.
Alice gets the kids and waits in the hall hoping to get a clear shot to get them out, and Tina makes her way to the door.

Hey TB513, I just adore how the drama have ramped rightr up in the lates couple of chapters. Perfect to have the gang all around supporting Bette and Tina. Jodi is a nasty individual who deserves everythign she gets. Hope Tina does it with both barrels. Bette and Tina have managed to overcome life’s obstacles and become a loving and strong family.
