Tina rose with infinite grace and found the only eyes that mattered. Again she tumbled into love and was caught. Angelica was balanced on her hip and focused on Bette as well. She stepped to her side and kissed her quick and dirty, a slip of tongue to light the fire within. She drew back before it went from zero to sixty.
Bette threw her a look telling her that her message was received and it was indeed on.
The three of them stood before their family and the sight of them together as their own family was an image that warmed the hearts of everyone at the table.
“I think I can speak for Bette, Angelica and I when I say that you all mean the world to us. We didn’t intend to announce our engagement to all of you tonight yet it has been a nicer celebration than any that could have been planned.” Bette pulled her and Angie closer. Tina handed Angelica to Bette and took a step away from the two who meant the world to her.
“I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with emotion” Tina paused. She turned and whispered something into Kit’s ear who nodded before moving away from the Porter trio.
“The first time Bette proposed to me I said no.” She shook her head as if to question her own sanity. “We had been together for four years then and I was still feeling my way in love. I didn’t think I… or we needed anything more than we had. I didn’t appreciate or understand how much the love and support of people who care about you can help a relationship through the rough spots.
We came apart in our seventh year.” Her sadness was palpable as she recalled that time in their lives. “Bette and I don’t agree but I can see now that marriage might have saved us…me… from making some of the mistakes I made. I had found my love…my love of a lifetime…and I wonder if it were a little harder if I could have walked away. It took more than everything I had and then some to separate from her.

WOW THAT WAS GREAT!
Great story and great update. The possibility of two females being able to reproduce their own biological child is making a very interesting story. I’ll bet that Bette opts out of the trial and wants them to deposit their sperm at the donor clinic. She would never be comfortable thinking that her sperm or Tina’s could produce a child for someone else.

This is coming along nicely. I doubt that Bette will like the idea that they could use what belongs to them to reproduce elsewhere. What an interesting concept to bring in, and daring as well. Excellent chapter. Please post soon.
Kelika, I love it. Go Tina with your bad self. I can see Bette and Tina not liking the idea that someone else might be able to use their sperm to create a child. So there is only one option for them at this point.This is such a wonderful story. Oh the possibilities of female sperm, I’d love to see this work in the very near future for people that want it. PPS
The idea of two women creating a child with their own egg and sperm is fasinating and incredibly exciting. It is not something we have heard of, yet is something many lesbians have dreamed of througout time. Maybe that’s why when reading this I could feel how strongly we equate vigorous sperm to alpha. The sperm is dominant, the egg submissive. In my head I think that they should both feel strong and alpha because of their eggs being strong and healthy, just as much as having viable sperm…but I get the feeling that (and maybe it’s because the idea of a female being able to help create a child by donating both egg and sperm is still a novelty) the eggs, while important, are something that all women posess (not healthy and viable though) so you don’t see them puffing out their chests in pride because of their eggs. It only seems to be when sperm comes into the equation that there is alot of chest puffing, struting out the alphaness. Like the sperm is the most important part of creating a child. Then again, maybe this is my own defenses coming into play. It has always pissed me off when I hear men say things like, ‘I knocked her up.’ or ‘I got her pregnant.’ Like the creation of a child was all about the man…his sperm. Like the woman and her egg had nothing to do with it. Anyway…I love the story…I ADORE your writing…I just thought it was interesting these thoughts that came into my head, feeling a little defensive about the part of a woman’s egg in creation. LOL Silly I suppose. Thanks Kelika…making me think so hard on this Sunday morning! :)

Hello Kelika, That was perfect. First Bette and Tina with their friends owning the dancefloor. Awesome for others to witness the heat that they generate and release. Magical.
